ホテルはとても歓迎しています。特別におやつをお届けします、部屋は清潔で、スペースも広く、旅行の宿泊施設にとても満足しています

ホテルには便利な駐車場があり、天門山ケーブルウェイ駅から徒歩10分です。午後3時にA線の切符を買いました。チケット販売員から6時前に山を下るという話があり、急いでいました。ロープウェイが山を登った後、西のルートをガラス板の道を通って天門山寺に行き、次に東のルートをエスカレーターに行きました。天門洞窟へのエスカレーターのセクションはほぼ6時でした。大雨で霧がかかっていた。天門洞窟は見ませんでした。急いで急いで山を下り、遊覧バスに乗ってロープウェイ駅に戻りました。

本当に清潔でモダンなホテル。客室は快適でよく装飾されています。スタッフはとても親切でフレンドリーですが、中国語をあまり話せない場合はあまり良くありません。私たちが到着した夜、英語をたくさん話せるスタッフはいませんでした。いくつかの中国の朝食オプションを楽しんだとしても、ビュッフェ式朝食はまったく良くありません。彼らはマクドナルドのオプションを提供していますが、外国人は間違いな**れを選択してください！でも一晩素敵な滞在。

We stayed in the hotel for 2 days. The location was perfect, close to Tianmen mountain and other nice places. We enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, the purple color, and the music in the room, connected by Bluetooth. Nice restaurants were close and McDonald's was 2 km away. This is a nice place to stay!!💕

Good location and good rooms. They are one problem for me, bad smells. Very close to cable way.

The room pretty much looked like in the picture I saw in the app, good lighting, bright colours, cozy and welcoming. The bed was really comfortable, and the tv had many channels to choose from. The bathroom had hot water all the time.The room was very clean. I have had breakfast ready for me to take out, and this was a pleasant surprise as I didn't expect it. My room was on the side of the building where the noise from the construction site could be heard, but even so I wasn't bothered much, as the windows blocked most of the noise.What they could do a bit better is deep-clean the carpets from time to time, the one in my room was a bit stained. There is a long piece of metal over the carpet in one part of the room transferring from the room to the small hall near the mirror, when I stepped on it, it stinged me a bit under my left foot, so hope that someone can check that for the future guests. All in all, very good experience, good service at the front desk, and, yes, definitely I plan to come back to stay here.

Easy check in, photocopied my passport and took photos of my health codes. Location was perfect next to the bus station where you can get a bus to the park. Walking distance to Tianmen Mountain cable car station. Buses can take you anywhere in the city, awesome hotel! Room was amazing.

連續在這個酒店住了三晚，第三天去國家森林公園玩其實離酒店有一定距離，但是孩子們很喜歡這個酒店，阿姨打掃衞生很及時，缺少物品補充的很齊全，所以我們第三天還是在這繼續住的，以後還會來的

不要對這家麗楓期待太高，這家麗楓已經是對標旅行團下榻的標準了。前台説給我升級了行政大床房，我還以為很高，沒想到，設施老舊我可以忍受，但是設施壞了也沒修理我真的無語。比如那個靠椅歪的，我差點跌下來兩次。浴室噴頭忽冷忽熱，還不能拉高。因為那個滑鎖鎖不住。 話説回來，確實離景點真的近，走路15分鐘就到了，還看得到遠處的索道。 適合住旅遊來馬馬虎虎一天的

這真是我住過最差的麗楓。房間臟的要命，花灑水管都生銹了，固定花灑噴頭的卡扣也是壞的，衹能用手舉着洗…..地板也臟，毛巾也臟 哪裡都臟。我的天。但凡我要不是因為凌晨3點到 明天去天柱山 我百分百退房換地方。對麗楓失望透頂 希望他們公司的人也來體驗下。看看多差勁

整體感覺一般，給免費升級到行政房，應該跟預訂的豪華大床房差不多吧，不知道該酒店的房型。沒有早餐，前台也不推薦在酒店用早餐，估計早餐不會好。

熱水不好。淋浴開到最熱才有熱水，但很燙，稍微調低一點就變涼水。同樣價格訂了對面的仟，3d熱水，含早餐還有智能小度。還是給個5分鼓勵分吧

不錯，房間很乾凈整潔，設施也挺好的，非常喜歡 床睡的很舒服，離張家界的索道走路也不是很遠，很不錯，下次來還住這裏
