Awful place, dirty, they didn’t even clean the room when I received it. Still had open shampoo and other stuff from previous guest, the toilet and the bathtub were filthy. The room had an awful smell. I really can keep on but i will it leave as is.

A hotel employee unlocked and came into my room at 6:15 AM, startling both of us and apologizing when he realized I was in here. He was “checking rooms” and I guess didn’t realize my room was occupied. It was quite scary and made me realize that the lack of a bolt on the door or other way to secure the room is unsafe. I would not stay here again. The room was pretty basic but clean and fine otherwise.

Probably one of the lowest level hotels in Israel. Although the cost was very low, I'm not sure we ever been in such low level hotel. The photos from the application are far from demonstrating how bad it is. Looks like it has been taking from the 80's. Economica smell is all around, so you feel like you are about to enjoy at Beit Hayal hospitals for soldiers. Stay away.

This hotel offers amazing value with a great location. Located at the foot of Zichron Yaacov, it is ideally located for visiting wineries, Zichron, and as a base for the North. We came on our way up to the North, this week. We took the all inclusive room, couples massage, and dinner. The front desk person told me about the deal when I was booking. For the price, I expected a second rate massage. The massage was excellent in a great setting that was quiet and relaxing. The room was well appointed, the facility was large and had a lot of amenities that would be great I; warmer weather. Dinner and breakfast were average food but served so graciously by their staff. After dinner, the front desk manager invited us to the fire pit for soup and wine. If we are in the area again, we will be back! It’s not a luxury hotel but it offers a ton for the price!

The location is more than perfect, the service at the restaurant is better than at most Israeli hotels, the area is luscious and well maintained. The only thing that brings this inn down a couple stars is the ridiculous size of the rooms. Ok for a couple for one night. We made the mistake of booking for 4 nights and it's just asphyxiating. The food is more than adequate and the service: just ask for Mussa (Moshe), always happy to go beyond the call of duty to help.

Front desk staff were not helpful. property is old and needs updating. breakfast was not very good. rooms were small, but adequate. Grounds were nice and spacious.

I can not recall when we latest stayed at a hotel were we were totally ignored. Neither at check-in or check-out the person SITTING in the reception had the courtesy to even look at us. Did not make a difference to the staff who we were and that we were.... It happened to be my birthday which was clearly mentioned at the time of the booking 48 hours earlier when my wife decided to surprise me with this hotel stay. Even when mentioned (and proved my the obligatory copy of my drivers license) no smile, no congrats and as written above - this was the "coldest" impersonal hotel we have ever stayed at - even though it was pretty hot outside. Room was small but all in all OK and breakfast plentiful. Strange place.....

The premises of Eden Inn are beautiful and serene. There is ample space and a beautiful pool. We arrived very early and were able to use the premises before check in. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Not all of the front desk staff speaks english, which made some parts of our stay challenging. There was also black mold in the shower which was alarming. The hotel is easily accessible by car, but less so by public transit. Additionally, it is very difficult to find a cab in Zichron Yaakov. At the end of our stay, we waited hours for a cab until one of the staff drove us to the junction herself.

The good: Great location, beautiful gardens all around, very good breakfast and even better dinner. The bad: rooms are tiny, very uncomfortable.
