Hotel Empfinger Hof, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

Is a very old hotel and it could use a refresh. No A/C, our bathroom had a bad smell, and there was no lift. The restaurant meal was not great, and there were no other decent options for food nearby. Staff were friendly.

Great hotel, and friendly staff. Perfect location near autobahn exit. Great food at the restaurant.

Having been disappointed by often grimy Autobahn Restaurants, we decided to pick "a local place" off the Autobahn.. and ended up eating at Hotel Empfinger Hof... and that was a GREAT decision. While the overall time sure was longer then a fast-snack at the Autobahn, it was so worth it. The food was wonderful, service/staff friendly.. and it's literally 3 min off the Autobahn. Totally worth it.

I stay in Germany a lot almost every month and this wasn’t to the usual basic standard. Really poor breakfast with almost no options. Room smelt of smoking and was very basic. Lots of parking which was good and direct access to the highway. Reception was fast check in Internet switched between very slow or didn’t work.

Good an clean room, good restaurant

Very nice hotel. There was no air conditioning and the WiFi was spotty. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent and the staff was friendly

Das Hotel selbst hat eine gute Lage und einen großen Parkplatz. Die Zimmer sind bereits in einem älteren Zustand. Das Frühstück könnte etwas mehr Auswahl beinhalten, damit auch warmes Essen. Es gibt auf Nachfrage Rührei, das aber wahrscheinlich nicht frisch.

Hoteleinrichtung im Stil der 80-er Jahre. Zimmer zweckmässig und wie immer warm wie in einer Sauna, nicht klimatisiert. Personal bemüht sich, aber an der Freundlichkeit ist noch zu arbeiten. Frühstück mit !LIDL-Produkten! und nur eine Kaffeemaschine, sehr übersichtlich, keine Bioprodukte, alles etwas lieblos hergerichtet und keine Nachfrage des Personals nach Eierspeisen oder mal ein freundliches "Guten Morgen" Im Großen und Ganzen nicht empfehlenswert!!
