立地は非常に便利で、ホテル裏には駐車場もたくさんあります。宿泊客は割引料金で駐車できます。ビュッフェ式の朝食はシンプルですが、時間がない場合はホテルで済ませると時間を節約できます。お粥もあります。スイートは広々としていて、マッサージバスタブ🛁もありますが、内装はシンプルで少し古めです。ホテルのすぐ外には商業街があり、食事や買い物に困ることはありません。普通の部屋の方がコストパフォーマンスが高いです。老舗のチェーンホテルなのでおすすめです。

ホテルはサンディベイロード沿いにあり、バッテリーポイントに入口があります。立地は抜群です。部屋の設備はシンプルですが十分です。ただ、テレビは埃まみれで、バスルームの鏡には金色の糸くずが絡まっていました。5日間の滞在中、誰も部屋に入ってきませんでした。これはサービスが全くありませんでした。タオルを頼んだのは、真ん中の部屋のタオルが切れた時に一度だけで、対応が遅れただけでした。防音も悪く、バスルームの照明と換気扇のスイッチが一つしかなく、同時にオンオフしたため、私は寝起きが良いのですが、隣の部屋の照明と換気扇の音で目が覚めてしまいました。経営は大変で人件費も高いですが、宿泊料金はそれほど高くなかったので、悪い評価ではなく、客観的な評価をしたいと思います。

This is a very good place and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery place. Quiet, clean and well equipped. Staff members are very helpful & friendly. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Location and one of the best rooms in Launceston... It's really nice facilities up here and love everything about this one.

ホテルのオーナーはとても親切で、キッチンやランドリールームなど、ホテルの設備を丁寧に説明してくれました。キッチンの冷蔵庫には、前の宿泊客が他の宿泊客のために残した備品が置いてありました。ランドリールームは狭く、洗濯物は外に干してありました。デラックスルームは狭く、スーツケースが2つしか入らないほどでした。他の部屋も同様に狭く、想像もつきませんでした。宿泊料金は安く、ウェリントン山にも近いので、資金の限られた旅行者にとっては選択肢になるかもしれません。他の宿泊施設はもっと高額なので、宿泊料金などを考えると、全体的な印象は普通でした。

The location was so close to Port Arthur Historic Site. We had an early night after having dinner there as they have a bar and restaurant on site. Dinner was good, service was great. Food came within 30 to 45 minutes wait time. We needed to use the laundry service onsite, and the cost of 4 x $1 coin to operate washer and same price for tumble dryer. There was not enough site parking near our room so we had to go right to the end and park at overflow parking. Internet wifi was available but very slow. The shower was a very tight space with a shower curtain enclosure. Toiletries like hair shampoo, soap bar, body wash and conditioner were supplied. Beds and towels were all clean and up to standards. Great for a one night stay for family.

ホテルは中心業務地区（CBD）に位置し、レストランやショップへのアクセスも便利です。部屋は広く、清潔で整頓されています。ベッドと枕は快適です。ワークデスクとWi-Fiのおかげで、まるでオフィスにいるかのように快適に仕事ができました。非常におすすめです。

No signage at entrance/driveway Stained towels and bath mat  Not overly clean bathroom  Very out dated,but in saying that very cheap  We stayed for an early flight next morning,so it done the job if you are just looking for a quick stay

It’s everything you need and want. One reception lady in particular will make you smile, you’ll know when she says hello, very friendly and charming lady. Located only minutes out of the Hobart city centre so a great jumping point to any location on your itinerary. Nothing fancy to say, but everything you need and handy kitchenette area made life easier.
