リビングルーム、キッチン、バスルームとトイレが1つずつ、ベッドルームが2つあり、それぞれクイーンベッドとシングルベッドが1つずつ備わったアパートメントに無料でアップグレードできました。設備も充実していて清潔で、十分な広さがあります。とても良いので、おすすめです！

交通の便も良く、部屋も広々としています。バスルームは清潔で、水圧も強く、お湯も安定しています。価格対性能比も非常に良く、周辺の観光スポットやレストランも近くにあります。総合的に見て、良い選択だと思います。

今回の旅で一番嬉しいサプライズは、このAirbnbでした。ダニーデンの洪水で予定が直前に変更になり、慌てて予約したのですが、これが最高のサプライズになりました。2ベッドルームの戸建てヴィラで、3人で宿泊できました。こぢんまりとしていましたが、設備は充実していました。受付の女性はとても親切で、チェックアウトはセルフサービスでした。駐車場は家のすぐ前にあり、便利でした。

素晴らしい滞在でした。またこの町を訪れた際には必ずまた利用します。 とても親切で温かいおもてなしを受けました。チェックイン時には、ゲストに役立つ情報を積極的に提供してくれました。駐車場はユニットのすぐ前にあり、とても便利です。スーパーマーケットや町の有名なツリーまで車でわずか数分です！ ユニットはとても清潔で整頓されており、設備も充実しています。 キッチン設備も充実しています。冬でもとてもお湯が出るシャワーが気に入りました。受付近くの道路の上にある温泉は、まだ明るいうちに利用するのが良いと思います。夜は少し暗くて寒いので、数人で集まっておしゃべりしながら星空を眺めるのとはまた違った雰囲気です。ロマンチックな雰囲気になるかもしれませんね。

Very roomy unit with all the facilities needed. Aircon was on at arrival so a comfortable start. Bed was good, bathroom was good. Not motels fault but people in next door unit stayed up late and were noisy. We are staying at the motel again next week.

Excellent room facilities with full kitchen and well designed bathroom toilet areas, which made our stay super easy and enjoyable! Staff were very friendly and helpful, showed me the map of Dunedin and places to visit and stuff. Enough car park. Definitely will stay here again next time in Dunedin!

Check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly. Room was spacious, a bit outdated but totally fine. However, few spider webs hanging from the ceiling was a bit disturbing as it was already there for a long time. Few free parking slots directly at the motel available.
