Although there is an electric charging station in the hotel description, the hotel staff asked for a charge of euro 5 for using it, I thought it shall be free of charge

ホテルは、ノルトケッテ（インスブルックの頂上）行きのトラム停留所まで徒歩約5分、旧市街中心部まで徒歩約10分です。ホテルのすぐそばにはスーパーマーケットもありました。ホテルには駐車場、エレベーター、朝食サービスがあります。 客室は広々としており、ベッドとシーツは清潔で快適でした。基本的なアメニティと洗面用具も用意されていました。 チェックインはスムーズで、スタッフは親切で助かりました。ホテルに宿泊したゲスト全員にインスブルック・ツーリストカードをもらうことができました。このカードは公共交通機関の割引または無料利用特典（ただし、ノルトケッテまでの乗車料金は含まれていません）がありました。 全体的にとても快適で快適な滞在でした。

Expensive. Front desk friendly and efficient. Car park at 18 euros a day. Rooftop bar music is crazy loud and reverberates thru the room rendering sleep impossible so make sure to ask for lower floor. Good location. Breakfast good.

Room is huge and overall clean. Location was okay. Breakfast was good. Service was good too. Will book again this hotel. View from the view was awesome :)

ホテル全体の環境はとても良く、少し古いですがデザインがあります。特に地下のプール、隠れた宝石は、夜の時間を除いて少し人が多いです。最上階のサウナもいいです。 ホテルの場所は非常に中心で、川沿いにあり、階下にはたくさんのレストランがあり、ピザはおいしいです。 徒歩圏内の公共駐車場に駐車し、駐車券をフロントデスクに持って行きました。 3日間滞在したので、無料のバスカードを送りました。

Kudos to the team at Motel One Innsbruck for providing us with all our requests to make our stay comfortable! We really loved it there, even tho the rooms were really very small.

I had an amazing stay! The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Smooth check-in and quiet surroundings made my trip perfect. Highly recommend!

Room view was fabulous and the spa facilities was good. The only downside was photo taking were restricted in some areas and staff at the spa were not the friendliest and a smile would help. Overall a good experience.
