The atmosphere was very warm and homely, which made us feel relaxed and comfortable throughout our stay. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help with any requests and made us feel well taken care of. Our room was the smallest one available, but it was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The property itself is quite spacious, with two lovely courtyards where guests can relax. Barbecue facilities are provided, and there are plenty of tables and chairs, making it a great place to spend time with family or friends. The swimming pool was a bit too cold for our liking, but that was not a big issue 😊 Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others. 🇷🇺Мы отдыхали здесь три дня и остались очень довольны. Нам особенно понравилась теплая, домашняя атмосфера, благодаря которой отдых получился уютным и комфортным. Хозяева очень доброжелательные и гостеприимные. Они всегда готовы помочь и откликаются на любые просьбы. Наш номер был самым маленьким, но при этом очень уютным, чистым и комфортным. Территория большая и ухоженная, есть два дворика для отдыха. Гостям предоставляют всё необходимое для барбекю, а также много столиков и стульев, где можно приятно провести время с семьей или друзьями. Let’s start with its unbeatable location, the biggest selling point. Just steps from the beach, I could walk to the shore in 5 minutes for morning sunrise or evening strolls, and it’s also close to popular spots like Pigeon Nest Park. The surrounding area is packed with dining options, from local seafood shacks to nice restaurants, so grabbing a fresh seafood meal or casual bite never required a long drive. The rooms exceeded my expectations too. I booked a sea-view room, and the view didn’t disappoint—large windows let in plenty of sunlight, and I could hear the waves from my bed. The space was spacious and clean, with crisp, stain-free linens and a spotless bathroom that had no odd odors. The hotel also thoughtfully provided amenities like a minibar and free Wi-Fi, which added to the convenience. What really stood out was the service. The front desk staff were warm and responsive—when I asked about nearby attractions, they gave detailed recommendations, and when my family needed a hand with luggage, someone came right away. They even had little extras like kids’ sand toys and strollers available, which would be a lifesaver for families traveling with young ones. If I had to mention a small flaw, a few guests noted that some bathroom fixtures felt a bit worn, but this didn’t affect my stay at all. For anyone visiting Beidaihe and wanting to be close to the sea with great service, this hotel is a no-brainer. I’ll definitely book here again next time!

Location: it’s right in front of the beach. You just cross a small road. Not many things to do around the area but a 15min Didi drive gets you in many hot spots. Service: Front desk service was really excellent, willing to help book tickets for local attractions. The staff was generally friendly and even gave me a gift at the end. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rooms: Even though the hotel can do with an upgrade of some stuff, the rooms are exactly as seen in pictures and are all sea facing. I loved that rooms came with a mini kitchenette with a proper big sized fridge. 👍 There was no tea/ coffee in the rooms, even though there’s a “tea station”. I asked the ayi for a teabag of green tea, she said they don’t have. 🥴😪🥴 Breakfast: Breakfast is standard Chinese breakfast. Not too much variety but changed from day to day, which I liked. Cleanliness: The hotel is Chinese “clean”. The ayi came in to clean but left the glasses in the sink unwashed and the bed “made” as seen in the pic. 🫣🤣😂 Even the kitchen counter wasn’t even wiped. 😭😭😭 It had some crumbs from my previous meal. The bathroom sink had water marks/ stains that could easily be polished of, if the ayi took her job seriously. The disposable bath towels in the bathroom were a winner though.🥇 And the sheets, towels and bedspreads were great and clean. 🙌🏾 Overall: If you want downtime and relaxation, and are not too picky, this place is great. I would stay here again simply because of the service received. But I wish the hotel can train the staff on proper hygiene.

I believe my friends and I spent Christmas eve here. Being an exchange student from England, far from home, and my friends and classmates from Latvia and Cambodia, we needed somewhere homely and comfortable to stay. This place was exactly what we needed. We stayed here for one night in the middle of winter as part of our road trip from Beijing to Wutaishan, following the sections of the Great Wall. We turned up after dark, we were welcomed with a big smile and slept with ease after the long drive. In the morning I woke up early, found a spot in the courtyard garden and opened my Christmass cards. The owners dog immediately rolled over to be petted and for the next hour I had good company, drank tea and enjoyed the peace. The owners awoke to find me outside, probably thought I was a ****** and so, immediately lit their fire in the garden. They saw me drinking tea so got the iron kettle boiling over the heat of the flames. My mates awoke to this and joined me and the boss by the fire. The outside temperature was negative, but we were warm, happy and ready for the day ahead - exploring Baishishan. The boss also showed us his great tea collection. I want to thank the owners for a short but great stay and I highly recommend. I would like to come back in spring to see their courtyard in full bloom.

金山嶺長城登山の拠点としてこのB&Bを選んで本当に良かったです。改札口まで徒歩3分と驚くほど近いです！部屋は驚くほど広くて清潔で、オーナーはとても親切で、忍耐強く、私たちのあらゆるニーズに応えようと最善を尽くしてくれました。一緒に旅行していた友人たちは皆、こんなに素敵な部屋だとは思っていなかったと言っていました。私たちはここに宿泊し、今朝6時半に雲海を見ました。朝食と少し休憩をとった後、公園に戻り、万里の長城に沈む夕日を眺めました。本当に完璧な旅でした！来年の秋には、金山嶺の紅葉を見に必ず戻ってきます！

ホテルに足を踏み入れた瞬間から、特に温かい気持ちになりました。フロントデスクの方もホテルのスタッフの方も、とても親切な対応をしていただきました。チェックイン後、予約した部屋のドアを開けると、清潔感のある清潔な空間で、窓の外には海が広がっていました。目を開ければすぐに海の景色が広がり、目を閉じるとすぐに海の景色に思いを馳せることができます。ベッドはまるで家に帰ってきたかのような心地よさで、ソファに座って海の景色を眺めながらおしゃべりするのは、本当に気持ちの良いものです。ホテルの地下にはレストランもあり、個人的には料理の味も悪くないと思っています。ぜひ一度行ってみてください。全体的にとても良い印象です。機会があればまた訪れたいと思います。

万里の長城を長時間歩いた後、この場所は最高でした。古柏峪からスタートし、金山嶺まで歩きました。農家は万里の長城の入り口から徒歩わずか20分ほどだったので、本当に助かりました。歩いて登っていくとすぐにオーナーが駆け寄ってきて歓迎してくれて、部屋に案内してくれました。各部屋には小さなベッドが2つとシャワー付きのバスルームがありました。値段以上の価値がありました。オーナーのご家族は朝食と夕食に美味しい料理を用意してくれて、とても温かく迎えてくれ、次の日帰りハイキングの計画まで手伝ってくれました。またここに泊まりたいです！
