今回の宿泊体験は本当に最高でした！オーナーはとても素敵な方で、お話し好きで丁寧な対応をしてくださり、チェックインから親近感が湧きました。部屋はとても清潔で整頓されており、快適に過ごせました。普段から手入れが行き届いているのがよくわかります。
オーナーはとても親切で、一緒にお茶を飲んだりおしゃべりしたりと誘ってくれました。分からないことがあれば、友人のように辛抱強く教えてくれます。大理行きの車もオーナーが手配してくれたので、とても助かりました。
一番感動したのは、最終日にホテルに眼鏡を忘れてしまったのですが、オーナーがわざわざ大理まで送ってくれたことです。本当に細やかな心遣いに感動しました！
全体的に非常に満足のいく体験でした。皆さんにもぜひオーナーを応援してほしいです。次回も必ずまた来ます！

大変感動した滞在体験でした！最初は3連泊の予定でしたが、同行者が高山病になったため、さらに3日延長し、合計6日間滞在しました。その間、朝晩問わず何度もスタッフの方々にご迷惑をおかけしましたが、どの方も本当に忍耐強く対応してくださいました。
特に、フロントの気さくな女性スタッフ、孫さんには心から感謝しています。毛布の追加、お湯の補充、食事の温め直し、部屋の変更、朝食の手配、レストランの相談など、嫌な顔一つせず、何度も助けてくださいました。また、店長の「眼鏡をかけたお兄さん」も、周辺の医療状況について何度も丁寧に分析してくださり、高速鉄道駅への送迎手配など、一切不満な態度を見せることなく対応してくださいました。
写真通りの美しい環境のホテルに滞在でき、そしてこのような素敵な若いスタッフの方々に出会えたことに、心から感謝しています。これは旅の中での幸運であり、旅行者としての至福でした！

大理古城の中心にあるこのホテルには本当に感動しました！ホテルのスタッフの方々と長時間おしゃべりしながら、大理の文化や民族衣装の意味について教えていただきました。衣装を試着させていただき、30分以上かけて写真撮影を手伝っていただきました。お部屋は信じられないほど清潔で、ベッドにはヒーターまで付いていました。10点満点の滞在でした。次回大理を訪れる際は、必ずここに泊まります！

5つ星ホテルと同じような体験ができるこのB&Bに出会えたのはとても幸運でした。レビューを書くのが好きではない私ですが、今回は撮影と執筆に真剣に取り組みました。このB&Bには専用駐車場、観光バスの送迎サービス、専用のWeChatグループがあります。鍵となるのは、部屋の設備が素晴らしく、スマートトイレ、清潔で衛生的、そしてほのかなお茶の香りです。このホームステイは非常に細部にまでこだわり、細部にまでオーナーの趣味と配慮が反映されています。控えめながらも豪華で高級感があります。部屋からは棚田がよく見え、写真を撮る角度も最高です。シェフのハニさんを褒めなければなりません。料理は最高に美味しく、特に炒めた魚は新鮮で柔らかいです。ミントビーフもユニークな一品です。レストランはとても快適で、レイアウトもとても洗練されており、朝食もとても豊富で、赤米麺は本当に美味しかったです。最後に、店員全員を褒めたいと思います。皆さんとてもフレンドリーでプロフェッショナルです。強くお勧めします!

I love the guesthouse so much. Walking distance to ancient city southgate around 200m. Quiet area but feels safe. There are few halal restaurants nearby. You can walk to Ancient city anytime because it’s so close. The owner also very nice you can ask him anything and he will gladly help you. We request more water bottles hahaha also there is cute baby who greet us everyday 😂 so my fellow Malaysians please book here, you will never regret.

旧市街に位置し、比較的便利な立地です。客室設備も充実しており、清潔感も十分です。ゲストハウスは3階建てで、3階にはランドリーと物干し場があり、家族旅行に最適です。階下には中庭があり、日光浴を楽しめます。バトラーサービスも充実しており、ビュッフェ式のアフタヌーンティーやミルク、ゲストハウスレストラン、地下駐車場も利用できます。秋冬に訪れた際は特に乾燥していたため、ゲストハウスでは加湿器と酸素濃縮器も用意されていました。

旅行の最後の夜、チェックイン時に小さなクッキーが提供され、とても美味しかったです。ご指摘の通り、高層階に禁煙ルームをご用意いたしました。清潔で、広々としていて、整頓されていました。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しかったです。韓国のインスタントラーメンも作ることができて、とても満足でした。
残念な点は、空港送迎用のバスが定期運行されているだけなので、遅い時間にホテルを出たときにはタクシーに乗らなければならなかったことです。幸い、タクシーに乗るのが便利でした。

AaLexxasStaying at Suye Suye Eastern Serenity Vivora Scenic Homestay in Shangri-La was one of those rare travel experiences where everything — comfort, location, service, and human connection — comes together so naturally that it stops feeling like accommodation and instead feels like being gently welcomed into a home you didn’t know you had.
The homestay itself is beautifully designed, calm, and thoughtfully put together. The rooms are extremely comfortable — the kind of space that immediately slows you down the moment you step inside. Nothing feels excessive, yet everything feels intentional. It was so cosy and well set up that we almost wanted to stay in rather than head out, simply because being in the room itself felt restful and grounding.
A particularly reassuring feature was the oxygen support available in the room, along with access to professional-grade medical equipment for altitude sickness at no extra cost. This level of care is rare. On my first day, I experienced mild AMS, and a short session with their equipment made a noticeable difference. By the next day, I felt significantly better and fully adjusted. That alone reflects how thoughtfully the place is run.
Location-wise, it is also very convenient — close to Shangri-La Old Town and easily accessible via ride-hailing for other areas. Despite this, the property still feels peaceful and slightly tucked away, striking a balance between accessibility and retreat.
What truly defines this homestay is the hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff and owners greeted us warmly every time we walked through the door. They consistently checked in on us in a genuine, unobtrusive way, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. It never felt transactional — more like being looked after by people who truly cared.
They also handled transport with great ease. The staff personally picked us up and later sent us to the railway station, removing all stress from logistics and making arrivals and departures seamless.
Over time, the experience became even more personal. The owners are incredibly humble, and we often spent hours sitting with them over tea. These weren’t formal conversations but slow, relaxed exchanges about travel, life, and everything in between. On one occasion, they shared how they once spoke with a non-chinese speaking guest until 3am using Google Translate — a reflection of how open and curious they are.
During these tea sessions, we also met other guests naturally, leading to spontaneous conversations. Language was never a barrier; the owner was comfortable bridging gaps with translation tools, and that openness made everyone feel included.
One of the most charming parts of the stay was their dog, Wu Bao (Five Treasures). Friendly and full of personality, he quickly became part of daily life. The owners even allowed us to take him out for walks, which added a lighthearted touch.
As the days passed, the relationship with the owners naturally deepened. It slowly shifted from host and guest to something closer to friendship. On one evening, they brought us out for supper and drinks, turning into one of the most genuine nights of the trip — full of laughter and effortless conversation.
In return for their kindness, we brought them some food one night, only to be warmly invited to join a home-cooked dinner. That meal felt less like hospitality and more like being part of a family gathering.
One regret is that we were so immersed in the experience that we forgot to take photos with the owners and staff — a reflection of how present everything felt.
By the end, it was clear this place is defined not just by its rooms or amenities, but by its people. The sincerity, warmth, and ease of connection are what make it unforgettable.
If we return to Shangri-La, this will be the place we stay again — not as guests, but as people returning to familiar faces, shared tea, and a place that genuinely felt like home.

RRenee C.I had a truly memorable stay at YUNDU and would strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, tastefully designed, and warm place to stay in Lijiang. Overall, the experience was very positive, with excellent service, cozy design, and many thoughtful touches. There were a few minor areas for improvement, but they did not take away from how much I enjoyed my stay.
Breakfast was excellent and honestly better than many meals I had outside. The local auntie who prepares breakfast is incredibly warm and friendly. The mixian is very foreigner-friendly, light, comforting, and not oily or salty like many outside options. I requested extra vegetables and additional boiled eggs, and she was more than happy to accommodate. This care really stood out.
YUNDU’s Samoyed dog, Sanjin (三斤), is truly the heart and mascot of the hotel. He is extremely friendly and intelligent. Staff would say things like “去拍照，去跟姐姐玩” and Sanjin would immediately come over. During my afternoon tea, he quietly came over and sat beside me, which was a very heart-warming moment. Upon checkout, I even received Sanjin fridge magnets and a Polaroid photo, which was incredibly thoughtful.
First impressions were great.
As part of the package, YUNDU arranged an airport pickup from Lijiang Airport using a clean, comfortable EV. The driver was friendly, chatty, and helpful, and the ride to the hotel was smooth and relaxing.
I was pleasantly surprised with a free room upgrade. The upgraded room was spacious, perfect for morning stretching, and included a large and very clean bathtub. Bath balls and a sheet mask were provided, which was a lovely winter touch. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were a bit soft for me, but there were firmer ones available, and layering them worked well. The blanket was thick, soft, and warm, and even during power outages, I stayed comfortable.
Facilities were well thought out, including a Laifen hair dryer with strong airflow, a large high-definition TV facing the bed with VIP streaming access, and a large humidifier suitable for overnight use. The bathroom layout was excellent for winter, with separated toilet and shower. The electronic toilet has heating and auto-flush, and the shower area includes warm air from above. The mirror lighting is also great for makeup.
There were some minor layout quirks. There is no floor heating, and the slippers were placed far from the entrance. The electric kettle was placed on a cabinet with no power socket nearby.
Service was one of YUNDU’s strongest points. Staff helped with luggage, provided room tours, and checked in regularly via WeChat. When I mentioned possible altitude discomfort, they even gifted me an oxygen tank. The boss was friendly and happily helped me take photos with Sanjin.
The only small gap was the butler service. I only realised who my butler was on the last night, and one included service, a butler-accompanied visit to Baisha Ancient Town, which never happened — neither I nor the staff remembered it until I reviewed my package later on Trip.com. That said, my butler was extremely efficient in arranging transportation to Lugu Lake, with smooth coordination and reasonable pricing.
The entire property is tastefully decorated, cozy, and inviting. The fireplace in the lobby is a highlight and perfect for winter evenings. During my first two nights, there were power outages. While this delayed some of my work, the room stayed warm. The upside was zero light pollution, and I could see a sky full of stars, which became one of my favourite moments of the stay.
I strongly recommend YUNDU to anyone looking for a beautiful view, thoughtful design, warm service, and a cozy yet affordable stay in Lijiang. If you love Lijiang, come to Baisha. If you love Baisha, come to YUNDU.

ゲゲストネットで色々調べて、ようやくこのホテルに決め、まず予約しました。事前にフロントに問い合わせたいことがあったのですが、電話が全く繋がらず、気分は最悪でキャンセルしようかとさえ思いました。でも、どうしても泊まりたかったのと、すでにホテルに向かっていて今さら他のホテルを探すのも嫌だったので、そのままホテルへ向かいました。別の道から向かったためか道は少し荒れており、ホテルのエントランスもあまり大きくなかったので、この時点では「全然期待できないな」と感じていました。到着すると、部屋の準備がまだできていないため20分待つ必要があると言われ、その時の気分は本当にどん底でした。しかし、部屋に入ると目の前には広大な草原とナパ海が広がっており、その瞬間「やっぱりここにしてよかった」と一気に気分が上がりました。この広大な草原を散歩するだけでも、ナパ海を観光する必要がないと感じるほどです😄😄。部屋は広々としていてスマート設備も充実しており、テラスも付いていました。テラスで座って過ごす時間はとても心地よく、気分もすっかり晴れやかになりました。部屋の準備を待っている間にいただいたアフタヌーンティーも、とても特徴的で雰囲気も素晴らしかったです。全体的に見て、とても満足できる滞在でした。強くお勧めします！

ゲゲスト宿泊施設の場所はかなり良いです。北駅と円通山に近く、多くの重要な観光スポットも近くにあります。オーナーはとても親切で、何でも手伝ってくれます。充実した設備毎日集められるゴミバスアメニティは毎日交換されます。宿泊施設は清潔で、周囲にはレストランやスーパーマーケットがたくさんあり、全体的には良いと考えられています。ここに滞在することをお勧めします。

JJovin_WongI had an absolutely wonderful stay at Dali Ancient Town Meishan Guesthouse, and it exceeded my expectations in every possible way.
Location – unbeatable and worry-free
The location is extremely convenient, right in the heart of Dali Ancient Town. As soon as you step outside, you’re surrounded by beautiful ancient streets and alleys, full of local character. 2-3 mins walk away from the Bars. Attractions, cafes, shops, and amazing food are all within walking distance, which made exploring incredibly easy and stress-free. From check-in to check-out, the entire stay felt completely worry-free.
Service – warm, genuine, and unforgettable
The biggest highlight of this guesthouse is without a doubt the host. The lady boss is unbelievably friendly, considerate, and welcoming. She is super nice, enthusiastic, and very meticulous in everything she does. From contacting me in advance, patiently explaining routes, to sharing travel tips and local suggestions, she made me feel taken care of even before I arrived. Staying here truly felt like coming home rather than staying at a guesthouse.
What made this stay truly special was the personal connection. She even invited me to join a barbecue with her and her friends. We had drinks, chatted late into the night, and shared stories about our cultures, life views, and experiences. Even though I only stayed for two nights, that evening made my time in Dali unforgettable. I felt incredibly lucky to have arrived back just in time for the barbecue.
The Bai Jiu, the Yi Zu-style barbecue pork, and the homemade dumplings she made were all fantastic. The atmosphere was relaxed, warm, and full of laughter. Even small details were fun, like the pot cover shaped like the Rolls-Royce Spirit of Ecstasy, which gave us a good laugh. It was one of those nights you don’t plan for, but it’s the highlight of the trip that you will remember for a long time. 😎
Room & Sleep Quality – quiet, comfortable, and well designed
The room itself was quiet and very comfortable, with good sound insulation and a thoughtful renovation design that blends modern comfort with traditional charm. The bedding was clean and high quality, and the bathroom was spotless and well equipped. I slept extremely well every night. The entire guesthouse is beautifully designed, cozy, and relaxing, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.
Value – exquisite and worth every penny
This is a highly cost-effective and exquisite accommodation. You can see the attention to detail everywhere, from the design to the service. It perfectly balances the charm of the ancient town with modern convenience. It’s absolutely worth experiencing, and I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.
Final thoughts
I returned home a few days ago, but when I think back on my trip to Yunnan, Dali still stands out as the most chill and relaxing place and Meishan Guesthouse is a big reason why. The friendly host, the warm atmosphere, and the meaningful conversations made this stay truly special.
If I could give 11 stars, I would. Hands down one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. Highly, highly recommended. Will definitely be back!!!

Ccabiwここは、旅行を始めて以来、私の人生で最高の滞在場所でした。数千ドルの宿泊施設しかし、閲覧数は数百万に上ります。とても美しく、とても高級感があり、大きな窓が2つあります。大きなプロジェクターがあります。自動カーテン自動浴室は清潔で、ジャグジー浴槽が付いています。床温度を暖かく調整できます。酸素吸入機があります。スパ風のアロマテラピーマシンもございます。必要なすべての機器シャワークリームはジョーマローンの香水のような香りで、部屋の靴がとても柔らかくなりました。外ではウォーキングシューズが良いです。丁寧で細かいところです。オーナーはとても礼儀正しいです。そして、夕食も用意していただきました。遠くからの新しい友達を歓迎すると言われ、到着日に金色の犬が待っていて、帰国日に降ろされました。 1日しかないのが残念です。もう一泊したいです。とてもリラックスできます。とても気に入っています。100 万ポイントです。

From picking us up at the train station to accommodating our requests even late at night, he went above and beyond to make our stay remarkable. He even ensured a smooth journey to our next destination. His genuine care and attentiveness made us feel truly valued.
The room was nothing short of perfection, heated floors, cozy heated beds, a hot shower, and a delightful selection of snacks and drinks. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The package included a delicious welcome high tea, and the chance to try on traditional ******* clothing for me, my wife, and my son was a unique and memorable highlight.
The breathtaking backdrop of majestic mountains, sprawling grass fields, grazing sheep, and friendly dogs and cat created a picturesque setting. It felt like stepping into a dream—a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.
Three days in this incredible place were far too short to fully immerse ourselves in its rich culture and beauty. I wholeheartedly recommend this gem to anyone seeking a mix of tranquility and adventure. With its sincere, helpful, and polite host and exceptional crew, this place truly offers a magnificent experience you’ll never regret.

ゲゲストEverything about this place, from location to hospitality, is amazing! The homestay arranged to pick us up at an intersection and carried our luggages all the way.
The sound proofing of the rooms are not that good though, so a word of caution for light sleepers.
During our stay, 小李 took really good care of us, never failed to ask what we intended to do on each day, provided help and suggestionsto us on what to do. We started and ended each day chatting with him. 😊
On our check out day, we had to leave at 6.30am to Shangri-La and 小李 woke up to help us with our luggages and waited with us till our driver came! We could not thank him enough and appreciate him going all the way to help us.
We had a wonderful 5-day stay and Lijiang made an impression on us. We definitely recommend anyone to stay there..

宿を出るとすぐに古城で、角を曲がれば賑やかな石畳の道に溶け込めます。四方街まではゆっくり歩いても数分で、食事やショッピングに非常に便利です。しかし、メインストリートに隣接しているわけではないので、夜はとても静かに眠れます。
**心温まるサービス、まるで我が家のように**
チェックインからチェックアウトまで、どのスタッフも家族のように親切でした。毎日遊びから戻ると、いつも温かいお茶が用意されていて、皆さんとおしゃべりしたり、おすすめの観光スポットやグルメを教えてもらったりと、まるでホテルに泊まっているのではなく、旧友の家を訪れているような感覚でした。車の手配やチケット予約、重い荷物の運搬まで、いつも快く手伝ってくれて、とても安心感があり、温かい気持ちになりました。
**テラスからの眺め、一目で感動**
何よりも忘れられないのは、宿のテラスです！眺めはまさに最高でした。目の前には古城の重なり合う瓦屋根が広がり、遠くには雄大な玉龍雪山がそびえ立ち、適当に撮った写真でも絵葉書になるほどです。昼間は雲の移ろいを眺め、夕暮れ時には屋根に夕日が降り注ぐ様子を、夜は古城の灯りが次々と灯り、雪山のシルエットと寄り添うように輝く景色を眺めていると、下に降りたくなくなります。
