The host was the nicest person we met in China. He was very helpful - recommended on things to do, rented to us his bike in a good price and booked buses for us. 100/100, very recommended!」

PPakFadhliLovely place with a beautiful garden and a tea house. Lots of cats and a dog were roaming around are kept by the innkeeper. The location is quite strategic to Dali Ancient Town and Muslim Street. The family room has lots of child friendly decoration and amenities. My small petty preference is that the toiletries they provided smells more masculine rather than unisex/all gender all age friendly, and even though the water came in bottles & mini dispenser, there were no tea nor coffee provided in the room. However, common self-service laundry was convenient and they had a private drier set up in the room!

I seldom wrote reviews but this hotel had me want to write one. If you are coming to Dali and is overwhelmed by the sheer amount of hotels, just book this one. Why? Let’s dive in.
1) Location: 10/10. Just at the beginning of the famous S-bend along the ecological corridor and half distance to Dali Ancient City and Xi Zhou Ancient City. Both 10km away. Away from crowds but close enough to sightseeing places. Easy to get a didi.
2) View: 10/10. The er hai Seaview is your window in the room, frameless full glass. Best part, watch the sun rises each morning at the comfort of your bed.. Trust me, the view is incredible.
3) Room comfort: 10/10. The decor is 5 stars luxe. Full glass bathrooms, lush bedding, hansgrohe shower systems, 50 inch TV, built in air conditioning, automated toilet, smart home system. What can you asked for. Even the bath towel is Ritz-Carlton standard.
4) Service: 20/10. Yes 20/10. They have exceeded the golden standard. From the moment we arrived to the time we left, their service is nothing short of amazing. They appear when you need them and you won’t see them when you need privacy. I think they are not trained to say ‘no’ to your request. I am surprised they served us dessert to our room without us requesting for it.
5) Amenities: 10/10. A whole fridge of beverages and beer and ice creams at your disposal. Help yourself anytime of the day at absolutely zero costs. Bring the whole fridge home if you want.
6) Breakfast: 8/10. Mini buffet style and I must say it’s good for China standard. The only downside is the breakfast area, small and noisy.
For the price we paid, it is a clear bargain for the hotel.

ZZamrikolaEverything was just superp from check in until check out. It was a dream stay near Dali ancient city, just 5-to-7 minutes walk to one of the gates. A lady staff, Xiao Rong was super helpful and accomodative. She even made an effort to prepare a halal breafast upon request. Thank you, Xiao Rong. The room located on the 3rd floor with a backdrop of gorgeous and breathtaking view of Cangshan mountain and traditional chinese buildings. The quality of basic amenities and bathroom amenities was also at a high end considering the room price. The interior design was a reminiscent of ancient vibes with modern blend. Highly recommended!

RRenee_1101Dali echo field is located at a very convenient spot, it’s about 5 mins walk away from the famous S wan, er hai, and about 10mins car ride from the ancient city.
There are many eateries and bubble tea shops nearby this accommodation. You can also rent bicycle nearby to cycle at Erhai, which is very chill and relax.
The staff here is very nice and friendly, she even helped me to collect my parcel which was stuck at the collection point.
I love the breakfast they provided, they do different breakfast every morning. The mixian 有阿嘛的味道， and the staff even offer to make my breakfast into take away when I told her I might have to leave the next morning. Really appreciate her effort.
There are two cute little fatties in this accommodation, they bark sometimes and don’t bite 😂 if you are afraid of doggo, you may let the staff know and she will put the dog away.
The room is very clean and tidy, and there’s even a JBL speaker in the room for you to play your love songs. The scenery outside the floor to ceiling window is stunning! If the weather is nice, you will be able to see 苍山。 unfortunately, both days were raining when I was there. But I do appreciate the stunning view, it soothed me, my body, mind and spirits.
I would definitely recommend Dali echo if you have a chance to visit Dali.

ホテル滞在中はおやすみデザート付き、1日目は白きくらげスープ、2日目は牛乳、朝食はリーズナブルで種類豊富で美味しい、お土産に。
執事レタスのサービスは非常に良く、あらゆるリクエストに応え、WeChat での問い合わせにもすぐに答えてくれます。

ゲゲストWe had the pleasure of staying at Erhai Xinglai Lakeview Inn in picturesque Dali, and our experience was nothing short of magical. From the moment we booked, the staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality, calling us to arrange for complimentary pickup from the airport.
Important tip: Dali's cobblestone streets can be challenging for luggage, so be sure to call the hotel in advance to arrange for their free pickup service.
Upon arrival, we were treated to a delightful tea break, complete with fresh fruits and fragrant rose tea. Witnessing the chef meticulously prepare the fruit platter for 30 minutes was a testament to the hotel's attention to detail and commitment to excellence. It's clear that every aspect of our stay was crafted with love.
The hotel offers thoughtful amenities, including:
- Photography package for capturing memories
- Nighttime milk service, delivering warm milk to your doorstep before bed
- Cozy library with an impressive selection of adult fiction, non-fiction, and children's books
Near the hotel, there are live singing performances in the evenings, featuring talented vocalists performing ********* and Chinese classics (we enjoyed listening from the comfort of our room!)

ゲゲスト初めて大理に行った時、偶然この民宿を選びました。こんなに素晴らしいとは思いませんでした！CtripのブラックダイヤモンドV7会員として、毎年国内外の多くの五つ星ホテルに宿泊していますが、こんなに素晴らしい仙境ホテルに出会ったのは初めてです。サービス、部屋、景色、朝食、どれをとっても本当に素晴らしいです！特にサービスは本当に最高です！駐車場に着くとすぐに、2人のスタッフが笑顔で待っていてくれて、駐車と荷物の受け取りを手伝ってくれました！部屋は本当に素晴らしく、洱海の最南端の桟橋に位置し、180度の絶景が広がります！部屋にはソフトドリンク、インスタントラーメン、カラシナなど、あらゆるものが揃っています！滞在中は、美味しいウェルカムフルーツとカニの*スープをいただきました。もう一つおすすめしたいのは朝食です。朝食の種類は多くありませんが、どれも丁寧に作られていて、手間がかかっていて美味しいです。ちなみに、夜に隣のレストランで食事をした際に、何か食べ忘れてしまったので、店長に階下に取りに行ってもらうように頼みました。すると、スタッフの方が一緒に案内してくれて、取りに来てくれていました。お二人のスタッフの方々には感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。大理で初めてお会いできて感謝しています！次回大理に来る際は、またぜひこちらに泊まりたいと思っています！

KkcsvThis was the standout of all the places we stayed at during our two week trip to China.
All staff we dealt with were friendly, responsive and helped with all our queries promptly. They helped with carrying our bags when checking it and out as the premise is only accessible on foot from the main gates of the old town.
We were given a free upgrade to the most expensive room (which I highly recommend as we saw both our original room which was the second most expensive vs. the upgraded room, and the differences in terms of size and view were quite obvious), with beautiful unobstructed views of the erhai lake just from our windows.
We also chose to have breakfast and supper in our room. Breakfast options were limited but the great view certainly added a lot more flavours to our meals!
It appeared that the renovation was done hastily with a lot of finishings still incomplete, but I think the staff take great care of the premise despite this and the weather conditions.
Another highlight was the resident cat, 钱多多, the absolute cutest (and very fat) cat we've seen so far. Go have a play with him if you ever decide to stay here!
This is one place that I think it's worth splurging a bit to enjoy yourselves and the great view.

ゲゲストI very rarely write reviews so the fact that I feel utterly compelled to share how lovely a place this hotel is should speak volumes. Firstly the location is amazing, within metres of the old town- one of the biggest I've been too, many stalls and food and in the evenings many bars with live music. The hotel itself, the rooms are simple but comfortable and warm - good quality duvet for winter (6°c at night when I went). Of course the courtyard is the focus point and my favourite part; super refreshing to have coffee in the morning in the quiet and nice sunlight (there's also a conservatory upstairs with a view of the mountains if preferred).
And lastly the host, was incredibly hospitable and friendly. I arrived relatively late and I don't speak Chinese very well but he was very courteous and used a translator when necessary; you can also use WeChat to translate messages in realtime. He gave me a free room upgrade and always diligently prepared my breakfast each morning; on the first day he invited me to have tea with him and discussed my itinerary and made some recommendations (for no extra charge). Definitely will be recommending to my personal friends and if ever I come back to Dali I will certainly be coming here again. Thank you to the hotel for such a pleasant stay!
