素晴らしいスタッフ。素晴らしい価値。絶対的な交渉。  ホットブレックファーストは平均的で、追加のテナーでしたが、シリアル、トースト、ヨーグルトの豊富な選択肢がありました。部屋は基本的でしたが、良い方法で。安い滞在に必要なものすべて。掃除。小さな不満だけが枕が最高ではなかったので、次回は自分で持ってきます。平らな枕が好きな人もいるかもしれません。 IBISダービーに感謝します。

The main building was pretty good. Compared to the main building, the rooms besides the courtyard where we lived in were rather basic. Everything was good enough apart from the heating system and toilet. The floor and toilet were pretty freezing. Fortunately, the lady in the reception brought us a small heater. It did help. Also, the flush of the toilet couldn't work properly.

Needed convenient stopping point from Surrey to Chestefield, one night, for a funeral. Location ideal. Despite proximity to M1 itself, road noise was not excessive. Receptionist was really welcoming; gave me a choccie bar and bottle of water. You can stroll to the services for Mcdonald's or Costa - and WH Smith etc, (if open). . The overall decor is a bit 'tired' but everything was clean, bed fresh, coffee/tea facilities. Would have preferred the radio to be fitted by the bedside not table across the room (!). Freeview TV quite adequate for one night........ Bedroom was huge (guess it would double up as a family room at times) - and possibly I could have taken my dog with me, in which case the extra space was great. For functionality cannot fault.

This was a last minute booking as I was tired from driving. I didn't have high expectations as it was so cheap (£64 included bed, breakfast and parking) . So I was very impressed at the receptionists cheerfuliness and helpfulness and the cleanliness of the very comfortable room. Just what I needed . The breakfast choice was great and good quality. There is even a gym ! A great stay if somewhat brief.

Friendly staff, decent breakfast, allows us to park front of hotel for loading and unloading. Some of the pools are closed due to out of service though.

We stayed for 1 night for a special occasion. On arrival we were told that the spa was closed for an event which was very disappointing as I booked this hotel because of the spa & had planned to use the pool & sauna. This should gave been communicated at the time of booking. The building and grounds were impressive but on arrival our featured superior room was freezing cold. The reception turned on the heating at our request but this should have been done hours before our arrival given that it was 8 degrees outside. We sat for an hour in the room with our coats on before asking for a portable heater due to the radiators being only lukewarm. The room never really got warm & when we came back from dinner at 9.15 the heating had been turned off again & we had to ask for it to be turned on again. The food in the restaurant was very good & the servers were lovely but unorganised. We planned to have a drink in the hotel bar but it was so cold that it was empty and not comfortable to stay. I heard kore than one staff member complain about the cold in the hotel. What could have been a very pleasant stay was spoiled by the cold. Unfortunately, we will not return.

This was a trip for my birthday which was Sunday 26th January we had some requests before we arrived and they forfilled this for us. We had an early check in on Friday which was plan sailing. Breakfast on my birthday wasn't the best due to not really having anything left and having to ask for things like bread for toast and milk for cereal. We had to ask for juice plates and also knifes and forks. Overall the pool was good ( cold) but wasn't overly busy which i like due to suffering with anxiety issues.

The room was spotless, well-appointed, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like complimentary water, toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi.

Travelling with work for partner and while house is being renovated. Another great trip and stay with Littleover Lodge. As always the food was stunning. Staff are absolutely amazing. Love staying here. Thank you for looking after us Reuben and team we will be back often!
