All in all it was so amazing weekend The only thing needed a refrigerator in the room otherwise everything was totally fine

Another wonderful stay. Reception staff warm and friendly. Upgraded to a sea view suite, lovely views over the bay, what a view to wake up to. Huge selection of fresh breakfast food, waiting staff very friendly and attentive.  Location is fantastic a few minutes walk down the hill to the harbour. Our 2nd stay at this hotel this year, 5 stays in total.

Although the standard twin bed room we occupied is quite small, it is well decorated, has modern furniture and is spotlessly clean. There is a recent shower unit, a TV, a fan, and tea and coffee making facilities. There are twin electrical sockets and 4 USB outlets adjacent to each bed. While the window looks along the coast rather than directly out to sea, the view is very pleasant. The English breakfast was good, and the manager, Adam, very helpful. There is parking on a hard-standing at the side of the hotel. The sea and pier are close by, and the main shopping area is walkable. Overall we enjoyed our stay a lot. Two constructive suggestions are (1) a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries which won't stand on top of the curved sink, and (2) provision of a toilet brush.

Fantastic hotel totally loved it. One major gripe which the Hampton can’t help is that the lights from the premier inn are so bright and on all night. We like to have our curtains open but couldn’t!! Nightmare

私はよく戻ってくるゲストです。 ホテルはトトネスメインストリートの下端に位置しています。賑やかなホテルとバーで、食事を提供しています。建物は古く、部屋に通じる中央の階段が1つあります。私が占めているすべての部屋はとても清潔で、上品な方法で装飾されており、ベッドは快適です..お茶は良質です ティー ピッグ 小さなコーヒー マシンと水のボトルも用意されています。 私は腹腔鏡でベジタリアンです。他のホテルでの食事はほとんど不可能です。彼らは私の食事要件を単に満たしていません。幸いなことに、ここでおいしい朝食が保証されています。 ここに戻る最も重要な理由の1つは、カスタマーサービスです。ここのスタッフは本当に親しみやすくフレンドリーです。ご滞在に関するご質問があれば、解決をお手伝いします。 ここに空きがない場合は、他のホテルなどに滞在しましたが、私の経験から、リラックスしたフレンドリーな環境、素敵な部屋、場所が好きなら、ここが来る場所です。 また、私が今まで行った中で最も美しい映画館から歩いてすぐのところにあり、メインのハイストリートに沿って隠れています。 私の唯一の願いは、より多くの無料駐車場が利用可能だったことです。ホテルはホテルの後ろに約6台の車を収容できます。メインストリートと近くのモリソンズには有料駐車場がたくさんあります。

晚上7點多到達酒店，訂了兩間房，告訴衹有一間，且滿房，經多重協調，酒店在一個小時以後騰挪出來一間，經理帶到屋裡時解釋説是agent在他們系統上訂了不知道為什麼他們系統又取消了，酒店並沒有實質性上對我們做任何補償。 第二天一早，由於很晚才入住房間，跟前台兩次要求才從11點延遲到12點退房。 更甚，check out時告訴我 需要全款再付第二間我已經在攜程上付過的房費，否則不能走。 早餐及其難吃且幾乎沒有什麼可以選擇的，對於接近5000一晚的房費 我簡直無話可説。 現在多付的房費還沒有退還給我。 另到酒店的路很窄 需要小心駕駛

Booed through trip.com. Made a mistake in my booking and booed a room that required disabled access. This was pointed out by a very helpful young lady called Laura (I think?)   She amended our booking and very gratefully gave us a sea view room!  We had stayed in Paignton the previous night in the Travelodge down the road as it was a bit cheaper. If/when we come again I’d have no hesitation in paying the extra and staying here again.  Please thank the wonderful Laura from us! 👍 Mr & Mrs Joyce

My single bedroom was ideal for myself and very clean and everything I needed for my stay staff was helpful and close to all amenities great value for money and would definitely go bk there can't give feed bk on breakfast as I didn't have it

10 mins from centre and st David's station by foot but easy walking distance. Room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great too , continental and cooked was included in price. Parking was payable on site however if the hotel was full I don't think there would be enough spaces Was great value
