Was pleasantly met at reception and was well nice lovely set up everything you could want will be re visiting for couple nights

We stayed in room 9, I have to say I have stayed in cleaner places the bathroom was pretty grim. Reception staff very friendly and so are the Starbucks staff

Friendly helpfull staff, location ideal for train station parking and eating out deals was a massuve selling point i feel the hotel could promote this more. Better discount by just showing your hotel card, at numerous eateries and shopping at the designer outlet.

Great location, 30 minutes walking to St Mary Stadium. Parking available at the hotel or big mall which is really close. Plenty of Food and supermarket around. Window can be open as well which is a plus

The accommodations were excellent, and the provided amenities were satisfactory. Considering the price point, the value exceeded our expectations. Overall, the experience was highly positive.

Excellent hotel with great check in support. The staff were great and gave us advice about where we could charge our electric vehicle. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. A nice clean and comfortable room. The bed was really comfortable and we stopped in an accessible room which was great. It had all of the facilities that you would need to be well supported. The only possible addition would be an EV charging point but there were facilities locally which were easily accessible.
