Was pleasantly met at reception and was well nice lovely set up everything you could want will be re visiting for couple nights

What a beautiful hotel in beautiful setting. We had a spacious room with a lovely big bed and separate bath with over shower. Bottle of water in the room and kettle with coffee and tea sachets. Hotel provides toiletries. We had pre booked breakfast which was a buffet and very nice. All in all a good stay

The accommodations were excellent, and the provided amenities were satisfactory. Considering the price point, the value exceeded our expectations. Overall, the experience was highly positive.

Friendly helpfull staff, location ideal for train station parking and eating out deals was a massuve selling point i feel the hotel could promote this more. Better discount by just showing your hotel card, at numerous eateries and shopping at the designer outlet.

Hotel magnifique situé en plein coeur de cette agreable petite ville. Chambre spendide. Seul le petit dejruner pose probleme.Tres cher pour un petit english breakfast( 15 pound) et rien de salé pour le continental breakfast (10 pound) c est dommage

酒店乾淨，前台很熱情，早餐豐富，比較遵循環保的觀念，要自備洗漱用品和拖着，交通方便，門口就有公交出行。

私は自動運転ツアーではないので、ホテルの場所はサウスハンプトン駅から少し離れています。ホテルのバスを通過すると、1時間しかシフトしません。少し不便ですが、ホテルの装飾は私の要件に完全に合っています。非常に歴史的な英国の建物とプール、朝食は古い英国のスペースで、新しい日の始まりとして非常に強力です。
