All over good but, restaurant food is not very nice and have not get the room which i booked online . I have payed for balcony room which have a sea view as well but ended up staying in a normal delux room. Washroom doesn’t have good supply of water.

I was a bit concerned as I approached the hotel, it didn't look great. Once inside though that all changed, the whole place is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated and the facilities are excellect. My only negative is that the sauna wasn't working. The best feature of this hotel though is it's staff, very friendly, efficient and happy to help. Will be returning.

This is an excellent hotel, with good facilities, lovely central courtyard, plenty of free parking, and very friendly staff. With Chatham and the Dockyard nearby, the location is excellent. Not certain which category to put this hotel in! It's not luxury but better than budget. The rooms are a little dated and the TVs need upgrading. The shower, again, a little dated. We booked a room for three as our adult son has learning disabilities. He was delighted to find he had a separate bedroom with his own, small TV. The rooms were clean, the hotel tidy, and a very good breakfast was included in the price. Overall, good value for money.

Très Central, dans cette ville, très mignonne qu’ est sandwich Le Personnel était tout à fait agréable. Et le petit déjeuner des plus délicieux

Внешне красивое здание, похожее на замок. Внутри номер уже подуставший. Зубные щетки не дают опять же ) Завтрак вкусный. До центра города 15 минут пешком. Если на машине то идеальное расположение, есть частная бесплатная парковка. Если на общественном транспорте, то не факт что это лучший вариант.

Definitely highly recommended : tucked away and yet near amenities (large Tesco, Mc Donald’s and large selection of other food options from Uber). There is also a restaurant within the hotel - nice menu.  Hotel itself is spotless all around (smells nice). Effortless check in and check out. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was larger than expected. String WiFi signal throughout. Breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly (£30 per pet). Ample parking but not free (unless included in room).

Good service and staff very friendly. Facilities very tired though. No hooks in bedroom or bathroom. Bed too soft. But reasonable price and bar/food good.

Booked to stay here over half term with my daughter for a couple of nights - had a cosy room which was just right for the two of us. Front reception staff were really kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely - the lady there was so nice and although was busy as she was on her own, she was always smiling. We dined in the restaurant one of the evenings - food was delicious but the heating wasn’t working on that floor so the whole room was cold. Bar / restaurant staff were really nice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
