I originally booked with *********** at cost of £158 , as I use this app for train journeys, I looked for the same hotel and it was £118
As you drive into the hotel massive reception room plenty of chairs to chill or have a drink , we where meet with a warm smile from the receptionist, and explained everything
The rooms are big very clean , we eat in the restaurant very average price for decent food , but service charge was high
Only downside is you have to pay parking for your stay
Average hotel.
Looks very run down entering the car park and around the outside.
Ok inside.
Rooms quite small and don’t have air conditioning, fan was provided but leaving the windows open at night meant I ended up with a number of bites. Also, the noise from the road nearby meant there was the regular noise of cars through out the night every few mins.
Unlikely to stay again unfortunately. 😢
Ashford International Hotel worked well for a birthday weekend.Room stayed clean and cozy.Bed gave steady sleep after a long day out.Staff stayed upbeat and helpful.Breakfast offered plenty of solid options.
Spa and pool felt calm and gave a good break.Location made it easy to move around Ashford.
Strong pick for a simple, relaxed celebration.
Definitely highly recommended : tucked away and yet near amenities (large Tesco, Mc Donald’s and large selection of other food options from Uber). There is also a restaurant within the hotel - nice menu.
Hotel itself is spotless all around (smells nice). Effortless check in and check out. The reception staff was very welcoming and helpful. The room was larger than expected. String WiFi signal throughout. Breakfast was delicious. Pet friendly (£30 per pet). Ample parking but not free (unless included in room).
Booked to stay here over half term with my daughter for a couple of nights - had a cosy room which was just right for the two of us.
Front reception staff were really kind and helpful.
Breakfast was lovely - the lady there was so nice and although was busy as she was on her own, she was always smiling.
We dined in the restaurant one of the evenings - food was delicious but the heating wasn’t working on that floor so the whole room was cold. Bar / restaurant staff were really nice.
Overall, we had a lovely stay and we would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Friendly staff, easy checkin process and free parking. The rooms are a bit small and the chair doesn't fit under the desk which takes up more space in the room. The fitness and spa facilities is great and not chargeable extra, but there was no hot water in the showers and on Sunday the gym and pool was closed.
The lobby cafe and restaurant is a great place to work from, though the food and drinks are a little pricey.

ゲゲストSpent a two night Spa break with my daughter, we had an amazing time, sooo relaxing. The staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Breakfast and evening meal was delicious. Booked a Hot Stone Massage, our first time ! very enjoyable. Have been before but have only stayed for one night, certainly luxury for two nights.
