Receptionist, Lisa, was very pleasant and helpful! Hotel was comfortable. The only downside was finding the entrance to the hotel from the motorway.its not very well signposted.

買い物や外食のために町に足を踏み入れるのに理想的な場所です。スタッフはレセプションからハウスキーピングまで素晴らしかった。ルームサービスの食事も良かった お風呂を交換する必要があるので少しがっかりしました。表面が剥がれ、シャワーには大丈夫でしたが、浸したくありませんでした。

ホテルはノッティンガム市内中心部に位置し、駅からも800メートルと近くにあります。近くには有名な教会バーがあります。 部屋はこぢんまりとしていますが、バスルームの角が丸くなっているので、ツインベッドへの出入りがスムーズです。エアコンがあるように見えますが、説明には暖房も冷房もないと記載されています。ホテルには室温調節システムがあり、常に21℃に設定されています。 清潔さはまずまずで、朝食は洋食の種類が豊富でした。 ホテルの近くには大きなスーパーマーケットがあります。ノッティンガムには2つの大学があるため、中華料理店がたくさんあります。私たちが訪れた四川料理レストラン「Ying Shui Tang」は、とても本格的でした。

とても素敵な滞在でした！スタッフは素晴らしく、とても歓迎してくれました！部屋はとても広くて清潔で、私たちのために部屋をアップグレードしてくれたのでとても感動しました🙏🥹素敵な滞在をありがとうございました。またすぐにお会いできるのを楽しみにしています😁

Good budget hotel. Receptionist was helpful, but housekeeping had forgotten to put any towels in the room. Useful location for getting into Nottingham.

場所は便利で、設備はかなり充実していました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切でした。私たちの元の部屋はエレベーターの隣にあり、かなり騒しかったが、彼らは私たちがすぐに別の部屋に変更するのを助けてくれた、私たちは感謝した。 ただし、清潔さを改善することができます。部屋には非常に大きなクモが見つかりましたが、これは不快でした。ホテルには荷物預かりサービスもありますが、専用の保管エリアがないため、あまり安全だとは感じませんでした。 全体的に、それは価格のOK滞在でした。

The check in service wasn't smooth. The front desk and night manager asked so many questions, that they can find out via the booking system. We waited for over half an hour to check in. They spent the time on checking if you leave notes for two single beds or one double. And the tone was like we owned them a millions pounds. Hotel was above average but the check in experiece was the worst I've ever had in any hotel over the world.

Good location as myself and grandson was in pool compition at the towers easly to get too room was great only fault was on Saturday night early hours noise coming from the hall way running and shouting but part from that a great stay

I have used this to visit my son at uni in nottingham. I had a double room that was very clean, tidy and the size you expect from this type of location. The checking in, parking and general process was brilliant and very easy. The venue is slightly out of the city centre (which I wanted to avoid lots of noise). Really can't fault a thing and will absolutly use again on my next visit.
