Located in the center of Solihull, bars, pubs, and shopping areas are all within walking distance. The parking lot is large enough, the amenities are good, and the breakfast, kitchen, and bar are all of excellent quality.

Located on part of the Birmingham University campus in Edgbaston so good location for academic conferences / visiting the university, also short distance to dental hospital, cricket ground, tennis centre etc. Plenty of free parking including blue badge and EV charging. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angela, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. There is a large bar which serves smaller meals throughout the day and also a restaurant in the evening. The bar food was average price for hotel food (£12+ for sandwich with some soup)  and average quality. Room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. It was very spacious and well equipped with seating and table, ironing board, plenty of pillows, pod coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods, tea bags etc. Black out blinds worked well and there was minimal noise from other rooms / corridor. Would definitely stay again if in the Edgebaston / Birmingham area.

Rachel was fabulous my tv didn’t work in my room so she switched us rooms and also made sure we had everything we needed and accommodated our needs for our 1 year old

Great location on 200 yards from departure terminal. Restaurant/bar has good food if a little expensive and portions a little small for my liking. However all in all a very good choice for early flight.

房間安靜，景色不錯，酒店泳池住客10鎊，有Spa需提前預約。距離火車站，從NEC展館穿過去走路25分鐘左右（拿行李的情況下）。距離機場打車13鎊（2.4公里）。洗漱用品需自備，又熱水壺，沒有拖鞋。

Lovely overnight stay. Hotel was really busy with a large party but the staff looked after us really well. Not a reflection on the hotel but they booked a taxi to pick us up and the taxi firm were totally useless. Having waited twenty minutes past the scheduled time, we called an Uber which was there in five minutes. Overall, this is a great hotel which we have stayed at previously and will do so again.

初めてこのB&Bを訪れましたが、本当に感動しました。素晴らしいホテルで、素晴らしいバーや、ビリヤード台やシャッフルボードなどの設備も充実しています。素敵な現代的なデザインで、温かみがあり快適でした。料金の割に部屋も素晴らしく、スタッフも最高でした🥰また来ます！

Stayed on 8th floor was good stay with open that can open pretty wide was impressed with that so even no air-conditioning it wasn't hot and big smart TV on wall is a plus, bathroom is small but clean and good facilities like free toiletries even if on small side

Really nice hotel, well located near Edgbaston village tram station. Easy access to central Birmingham for £3 all day. Free parking on site (must display a pass). Breakfast was lovely, well appointed. Clean and tidy. Would stay again.
