It was really an amazing experience at the DoubleTree Hotel. The location was not hard to locate. The environment was so clean and tidy. The receptionist welcomed us with a warm smile. The room was well furnished with daily needs. We love our stay there and will surely recommend it to our friends and family.

Exceptional service for a half board stay on weekday that offered a tasty 3-course dinner and breakfast in such a premium hotel with pool, gym room, steam room and sauna! Definitely worth to come again and again!

Stayed on 8th floor was good stay with open that can open pretty wide was impressed with that so even no air-conditioning it wasn't hot and big smart TV on wall is a plus, bathroom is small but clean and good facilities like free toiletries even if on small side

チェックインの経験は素晴らしく、部屋のデザインと装飾はとても良く、徒歩圏内にありロケーションも最高でした。朝食の選択肢は比較的少なく、朝食を要求したにもかかわらず、態度が無関心だったので、電車に乗るのに10分以上無駄になりました。ホテルに報告しました。

Great 2 days here with the family to go see Aston Villa. 5 mins in uber to the stadium. Same to the train station after. Didn’t eat breakfast there just coffee which was nice and bar nice and chilled out. Rooms big and beds really comfortable.

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay fir work the bed was extremely comfortable room Very bright and clean reception was lovely the lady on night shift very chatty and welcoming Breakfast was perfect nice spaces and food choice of food fully recommend this hotel and credit to the manager
