Had a wonderful family stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and well-behaved, making our experience pleasant. The room was comfortable, hygienic, and perfect for a family stay. Breakfast was also delicious with a good variety. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Location and view is excellent. Food is fabulous. The staff is very good. Only thing not good is the upkeep of the property. The ac kept getting switched off. The people running the place must maintain such a wonderful property

Отель очень понравился, наш номер был не возле моря , но это не стало проблемой , идти до моря 1-2 минуты, отзывчивый персонал, ночью было очень холодно, поэтому попросили второе одеяло. Были проблемы с горячей водой, она очень быстро заканчивалась.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Большие чистые и уютные комнаты. Хороший сервис, приятный и вежливый персонал. Завтраки однообразные, но выбор есть

It was a very pleasant & relaxing stay in bhakti kutir. The setting & locale is idyllic & laid-back although it is situated only about 500 meters from the mhin road. The famous palolem beach is a short walk away from the property the resort itself is totally eco friendly with a 'no plastic policy. The hutments are built around tree trunks with lush green vegetation all around. Coconut palm trees abound & dried palm leaves are used on the pathways instead of concrete. The property's energy requirement is augmented by solar panels. Food served here deserves a 5 star rating. Authentic organic health foods served with love & care. Healthy smoothies are a must try. Rag i dosa & besan pancake with 'jackolate' is a delicacy special to this place. The staff are very friendly and kind, very cooperative and always serving with a smile. The kitchen staff & chefs are homely & provide a great culinary experience. The rooms are cosy equipped with a double bed & an extra cot with mosquito nets suspended from the ceiling. There is a yoga shala & a place to play music in the property. With multiple wifi routers one is well connected to the internet at all locations in the property. A serene, healthful stay in a lush verdant green paradise.

Off all the staff, only Pradhanji was very polite and hospitable. The restaurant manager Rajeev is just not at all hospitable. In MMT we have the option shown that we get 20% off on any one bill during the stay. We first enquired and the manager said that his boss said about 500 coupon on 6000 and does not know about this. We explained that its a different one and this 20% on any one bill is a different thing and showed him that point in our MMT booking. He agreed and said ok you’ll are still there anyways until the next morning and we can give. I told ok and after lunch when the bill came, i asked what about discount to the waiter, he told me to check with the manager. I again went up and spoke to him and he denied in a very rude tone. He spoke in Hindi saying “if we give 500 on this then what will we be left with”. I again explained him 500 discount on 6000 is a different one ane what i am speaking about is 20% of any one bill in my overall stay.

The location was convenient, and the food was good. However, we did not feel safe during our stay. When we requested an additional blanket, a security personnel abruptly entered, banging on our door and peeking into our room at around 11 pm. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and concerned about privacy.

Само место очень спокойное, идеально подходит для расслабления и перезагрузки. Территория отеля ухоженная, всё чисто и аккуратно. Номера тоже приятно порадовали — светлые, чистые, с ежедневной уборкой. Отдельно удивило наличие массажёра для ног прямо в номере — такая мелочь, а добавляет удовольствия и уюта. Сервис на хорошем уровне: персонал внимательный, всё проходит комфортно и без лишних вопросов. Завтраки — отдельный плюс: большой выбор блюд, всё вкусно, плюс можно заказать свежевыжатые соки. Из нюансов — довольно высокие цены на массаж и спа (примерно 7–8 тысяч) за 60 минут, поэтому мы решили этими услугами не пользоваться. Также на территории есть спортзал с тренером — мы ходили, остались довольны. В целом, отель оставил очень приятное впечатление. Хорошее место для спокойного отдыха у моря, куда хочется вернуться.

Номера в отеле очень просторные, с кухней, чисто, уборка по запросу, всегда есть горячая вода с хорошим напором. На первом этаже есть даа магазина -продукты и алкоголь, что очень удобно. В 5 минутах есть так же супермаркет и аптека. Минусом для нас было отсутствие террасы или балкона, где можно посидеть вечерами. Расположен на центральной улице, но уличный шум совершенно не беспокоит, по ночам тихо. До пляжа пешком около 20 минут. Отличный отель по соотношению цена-качество.
