Amazing stay, will be back. The breakfast is extensive and carb heavy, very little protein options. Also, the same food is available every alternate day. Other than that, very good experience.

Property - Good, no lift but helpers available to carry luggage Food - Excellent Location - Central location very near to Airport but heavy traffic. Facilities - Well maintained.

Stayed in Nashik years ago, that time it was know as Tak hotel and wanted to stay with friends to enjoy the Nashik weather and amenities in this property. It’s nice and convenient place. Worth stay!!!

1. Bathroom power plug stopped working had to plug hair dryer outside. 2. Toilet flush doesn’t stop flushing need a wrestling match with flush button to stop the water flushing  3. Went to AER rooftop bar with a colleague, Bartender and server didn’t bother to give menu, didn’t bother to take order. 4. 3rd day room service forgot to place water bottles. 5. No initiative to change bed linens during my 4nights stay. 6. Breakfast: Japanese bento had to be pre ordered a day before on the day itself took about 20 mins to arrive after pre ordering. Tofu was hard and chewy, seaweed in miso soup also hard and chewy like eating grass. It takes about 15 mins to get a cup of tea. Overall poor quality of service.

Hotel is good for business travellers, easy and approachable locations nearby, well connected by all means of transports.

The warm welcome at reception set a positive first impression, with staff making us feel genuinely welcomed upon arrival. However, this initial experience was somewhat overshadowed by the hotel's apparent need for modernization across multiple areas. The room, while functional, showed clear signs of aging. This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. Excellent suite rooms. Neat clean new construction . Nice closed swimming pool , very enjoyable . Gym is good . Restaurant serves great food . Matured understanding professional staff . We enjoyed staying there . Recommended for friends and family

i was assisted by Irfan, his accommodating level is superb plus i arrived early in the hotel but then he gave me a luxurious and spacious room with a beautiful view and managed to check-in me early as well. and i booked a room with breakfast and dinner, i got to say the restaurant is well maintained and the food is really nice!!! all i can cay the people here are so nice!!! im looking forward to stay here when i get back to india❤️❤️❤️
