This was particularly noticeable in the bathroom, where the bathtub's worn condition affected both its appearance and cleanliness. While not unsanitary, the dated fixtures definitely impacted the overall comfort and luxury feel one expects from a hotel stay. The facilities left much to be desired. The gym, though available, is undersized and features outdated equipment. As for dining options, the Latitude restaurant offers a buffet service, though at 4000 RNI for two people, it feels overpriced for the overall experience. Our stay was significantly impacted by noise from a birthday celebration that continued until 10 PM. While understanding that hotels host events, better sound insulation or event management would have been appreciated to maintain guest comfort. I stayed for a night and right from checkin to checkout the people were great. Welcoming and friendly. The staff took care to keep our luggage secure and guided locally to nearby places for food. Overall the hospitality was good. Rooms were neat and tidy and coffee tea was adequate. Bathroom was spotless.
