The hotel is truly outstanding! The traditional welcome rituals and the presence of Lord Jagannath in the lobby create a deeply authentic Odisha experience. Great hotel, the immediate location is very good with a shopping centre right next to it, but but outside the main Bhubaneswar city. Options for the morning breakfast spread could be a bit better. Overall very good experience still.

Location was good, Services could have been better in terms of clean sheets, food services etc. We felt a local kitchen in their premise can help serve food hot and fast and also generate more business for them. There was delay since they had to bring food from other kitchen somewhere nearby. Staff was cooperative and were nice talking to. Language was a little concern since they could mainly understand Odiya and very less of English/Hindi. They helped us arrange Car for local sight seeing too. Overall stay was OK, Could have been better with fast service/local kithcen/food/snacking etc.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering stunning views and a relaxing ambiance. The food was delicious with a great variety, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared. Special appreciation for how well the staff catered to our needs throughout the stay. This amazing experience was made even more special as we shared it together. Soumya, Anwesha, Abhijit, Bignesh, and Ram all had a fantastic time enjoying the facilities, the peaceful environment, and the overall vibe of the resort. Sterling Puri is an ideal destination for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind by the sea with top-notch service. We highly recommend this resort and would definitely love to visit again!

I travelled with my family group of 9 members. The only thing good about the hotel is location. There is only one helper at one time therefore it took a lot of time to settle and therefore room service was too slow.But when it was the time to check out there staff stood in front of our rooms which was too rude . And there are atleast 2 hotels operating in the same building I won't recommend this hotel to anyone there are better hotels nearby which you can look for

Walkable distance from sea beach but while going to Jagannath tamale, it’s recommended to avail rickshaw. In terms of in house restaurant of Pp Palace is not upto the mark...need an immediate attention of the management.

True value for money, excellent ambience, food quality and staff behavior is also good. Outstanding, awesome, good hotel to stay just opposite of the sea. Nice rooms|management staff reception staff is good|they are so nice|housekeeping is good. So nice staff|very good location and so beautiful, good staff and helping person.
