On arrival you can call the hotel and ask for pickup. At terminal 1, you can proceed to arrival gate 5 and wait for the van. Yhe blue one has marking in front.. b

Hotel was great! The staff was very kind and nice. Our room was big and spacious, very clean, and everything worked perfectly. The breakfast was good and the place had an overall nice vibe. It’s not very close to the city center, and there are some curious locations around it. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area, also some supermarkets. I would recommend this place if you are young and energetic and if you don’t mind the 20 minute walk to the city center. But over all it was a very pleasant experience and a great place for the value!

ホテルは素晴らしく、とても清潔で、立地も良く、交通機関にも近かったです。 唯一の問題は、暖房の設定がかなり強かったことです。どうやら全室共通のヒーターのようです。私たちの部屋とバスルームの温度は40℃くらいでした。 フロントの係員に暖房を消してもらえるか尋ねましたが、消してもらえるとのことでしたが、結局消してはくれませんでした。部屋の中は非常に暑かったので、彼は半裸で両方の窓を開けたまま寝なければなりませんでした。3月末にしてはちょっと暑すぎたと思います。

ポルト・デ・スザール駅にとても近く、周辺環境も素晴らしく、ホテルも美しく、サービスも行き届いています。部屋は広くはありませんが、快適で整然としています。シャワールームは少し狭いですが、使い勝手は問題ありません。価格に見合った価値があり、次回トリノを訪れる際はまた利用したいと思います。

Lovely clean place to stay, close to bus and train station. Great amenities. Very short overnight stay so didn't get chance to benefit from everything provided.

悪くはない、駅やショッピングスポットに非常に近い。朝食はまあまあで、他のスーパーマーケットにも非常に近い 近くで食事もできるのでとても便利です。 広場やショッピングスポットまでは徒歩20分以内です。

10点満点です。家族や友人にも絶対におすすめします。 スタッフの対応がとても丁寧で、サービスも良く、コミュニケーションもスムーズなホテルです。最初は、周辺地域の悪い口コミを読んで少し不安でしたが、滞在中は危険を感じることはありませんでした。もちろん、どこの地域でもそうですが、夜間に暗い道を歩くときは注意が必要です。ホテルに関しては、既に述べたように、とても親切に対応してくれました。質問にもすべて答えてくれ、必要な時にはいつでも対応してくれました。唯一の難点は、ベッドのマットレスが片側だけ少しへたっていて、寝転がると沈み込む感じがしたことですが、睡眠には影響しませんでした。次回トリノを訪れる際も、必ずまたこのホテルに泊まります。

I loved my room, it had a great view from the balcony. I loved the power shower. The bedroom was clean, comfy and a good size. I also loved it's location. I'm an invalid but I was able to reach the train station and all the lovely shops. Breakfast was perfect for me. The staff were really friendly and helpful. I will definitely promote your beautiful hotel. Also the living room was really beautiful and comfy.

The hotel was great and very clean. The amenities perfect and the staff very helpful. They also had inside parking, at a fee, which worked well. And outside parking free. 30 minutes to the centre of the city which is not a problem as you have buses passing right in front.

Lovely hotel, clean rooms, very good breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful! Although the hotel is not located in the historic centre it is in walking distance and just beside the tram line which is really convenient..15 min walk to the main train station. Good value for money, it was overall a great stay!
