期待をはるかに超えていました。古い建物の中にあるホテルなので、ボロボロかと思っていましたが、部屋はとてもよく改装されていて、小さいながらも必要なものはすべて揃っており、とても快適に過ごせました。 フロントの女性スタッフのサービスは特に素晴らしく、午前中に部屋が空いたので、すぐにアーリーチェックインさせてくれました。質問にはすべて答えてくれて、とても助かりました。 朝食レストランの窓からは、フィレンツェの美しい景色が広がり、教会のクーポラや、アフリカで冬を過ごして戻ってきたアマツバメを見ることができました。

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and overall it was a great experience. One of the best things about it was the location. It was very convenient and made it easy to get around, whether for sightseeing, shopping, or finding places to eat. Everything I needed was close by, and the area felt lively and accessible, which made the trip much more enjoyable. Another thing that stood out was the cleanliness of the hotel. The room was very clean when I arrived, and it was clear that the hotel takes good care of its facilities. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was spotless, and the common areas were also well maintained. A clean and tidy environment always makes a big difference, and it definitely helped me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff were also one of the highlights. Everyone I spoke to was polite, friendly, and very helpful. They were happy to answer questions, offer assistance, and make sure guests felt welcome. Their positive attitude created a warm atmosphere and added a personal touch to the whole experience. It is always nice to stay somewhere that values good service, and the staff here really helped make the visit smooth and enjoyable. I also appreciated the local recommendations provided by the staff. Their advice was useful and showed that they genuinely wanted guests to have a good time, not just at the hotel but in the surrounding neighborhood as well. 駅からのアクセスが良く、ホテルの下には中華系スーパー、レストラン、お土産屋さんがたくさんあってとても便利でした。11時頃に到着したのですが、アーリーチェックインさせてもらえた上、最上階のバルコニー付きの部屋に通されました。ダブルベッドは広くて快適で、バルコニーからの眺めは素晴らしく、ドゥオーモが目の前に見えました。こんなバルコニーがあったら、外出する気になれませんね。ホテルサービスも良く、朝食はごく普通でした。

3日間滞在した後、写真を撮るのを忘れました😰😅。まず、このホテルは素晴らしい立地にあり、近くにはレストラン、スーパーマーケット、アートギャラリーがあります。第二に、部屋は比較的広く、ヨーロッパでは珍しい大型ホテルです。最後に、フロントデスクと朝食サービスは非常に優れており、コストパフォーマンスに優れたホテルです。

Hôtel très bien situé, à 15 mn en voiture du centre ville de Pise où il y a tous les sites à visiter. Petit-déjeuner très copieux et varié. Le personnel est sympa. Je recommande vivement

Trip.comには大きな失敗がありました。私たちの予約は見つかりませんでした。それにもかかわらず、フロントの紳士は私たちを助けてくれました。特にシエナまで長時間運転した後はストレスがたまりました。ホテルの場所は、メイン広場まで徒歩約 10 ～ 12 分です。ホテル内の駐車場には限りがございます。 ZTL ゾーンに入るすぐ外に公共駐車場があります。

環境超讚，美食不錯。房間陳舊

全体的には良かったです。チェックインしたときの部屋はとてもきれいでしたが、滞在中の清掃はそこまでではありませんでした。着いたときに水の缶が4本ありましたが、補充されませんでした。毎日補充されると思っていたのですが、違いました。 ロケーションは最高です。ドゥオーモにとても近く、アカデミア美術館に隣接しています。また、ホテルの前のサンマルコ広場から空港行きのトラムが出ていて便利です。 一つ不満だったのは、夜中に電話かインターホンが鳴り続けることです。レセプションに誰もいないなら、転送するか電源を切るべきだと思います。ある晩は、それが鳴りやまなかったので眠れませんでした。

The location and the view is nice, but the location is very remote. Without a car you don't move from there. Parking for a bigger car is okay, if it isn't to low as the access to the car parking is on the hill. Access to swimming pool was fine, but to cold wheater to use it:-( The garden is treated well. The room Camera Superior Montevettolini big an you have a table and kitchnet what it makes it to a superior. But the bathtowels are for this kind of B&B just funny. The bathrooms is new renovated and works everything fine. Not understandable is how a B&B Bed and Breakfast, sells me this room with a Breakfast rate and doesn't want to serve breakfast. They wanted to extra charge the breakfast with some real unrealistic dish prices.... So Trip.com confermed me with breakfast, the B&B told no breakfast. The solution was found by Trip.com with a refund. But that shouldn't be like that, my luck was that I was with my car there and could move anywhere to go and eat. A good coffee, a nice cornetto a little bit of cheese and ham, butter, yoghurt, fruit and cereals is a must for a B& Breakfast! The price range after I now without breakfast is far to high, for End of September and for sure I won't recommend to go there for others. It was my first and last time at this place.

Una bellissima struttura, molto elegante e situata in mezzo alla natura e circondata da boschi che rende ancora più rilassante immergersi nelle vasche.Tutto estremamente curato.
