最近の滞在では、朝食ビュッフェがなく、プレートで提供されること、ロビーのエアコンが開かないこと、共用トイレが点灯していないこと、バスルームにビデがないことにがっかりしました。夜遅くにチェックインし、少し延長をリクエストしたにもかかわらず、対応してもらえず、午前 9 時前にチェックアウトせざるを得ませんでした。さらに、前払いで全額支払っていたにもかかわらず、1500 ペソのデポジットを支払うよう求められました。この経験は、決して満足できるものではありませんでした。😢

清潔で設備の整ったホテル。部屋はシンプルで清潔です。ホテルは少し孤立しており、近くにはレストランが 2 軒あるだけで、お店はありません。休息には最適ですが、ビガンからは非常に遠いです。朝食はとても美味しくてボリュームたっぷりです。スタッフは魅力的で笑顔が素敵です。唯一のマイナス点は、一度も掃除されていない非常に汚いプールです。非常にコストパフォーマンスが良いです。

If your travelling and would like to be close to Laoag Airport, this hotel is a good choice. The room is spaciuos and bathroom has cold and hot water. Split type airconditioning and clean and comfy bed. For solo travellers like me. It is convenient as the hotel has food hubs just located outside. The staff is friendly and approachble. Highly recommended for couple or solo traveller who would want to explore Laoag

Good -Park like setting, pet friendly, many nice pools to use. Couple villa has own little pool surrounded by plants for privacy. Air-conditioned room. Warm shower water, local drinking water provided. Eating area inside room, ref and sink. Gated entry with gate guard. Provided breakfast, portions are local but quite filling. Plenty of onsite parking (watch out for coconuts above car). Golf cart with driver available but the walk is really short and mostly flat. Toothbrush and amenities provided. Ants and bugs are typical so not an issue (bug spray recommended for foreigners). Employees welcoming and very responsive and well groomed. Room service (took for all meals). Bad -lack of food menu in room with room service offered, housekeeping called Butler but not. Provided cell phone with load, load expired initially. Updates every 6 hours to phone via text message. 80% of time housekeeping could not be reached. Menu once either found on web site or brought to door many things not available and size of portion not clear. Food cold sometimes upon delivery and or not taste very good, food service is slow. Bar soap provided is nice but small (cut down from a larger bar). A bit of a drive to anything else nearby and not much else found to do here. Ugly -Breakfast order lost on last day to check out, was placed 6PM in person at door night before. If had not called would not have been provided (since we had pet with us, opted for room service) Housekeeping light not working at front door to make up room. Ref compressor noise. Sometimes arcing / hum noise coming from electrical panel. Expectation of vacationer not in alignment with profit margin site manager is attempting to generate from each stay. You are left with a feeling of overpaying for a level of service that was lacking and this felt in relation to how the business just seems to be run. Arrival was overwhelming (good) but departure needs improvement.

Location is not bad. They have a pretty decent wifi good enough for working. They just don't have amenities. They also don't have a mini ref. But all in all, good value for a cheap price.

It was a nice stay. Location is fabulous, basically everything in walking distance. The room was clean, but you will only have a thin sheet to cover yourself. The weather is hot and you only need to adjust the AC temperature to your liking, so it works. Maybe they can provide more for you to cover, but I am very used to backpacking so I have things with me and didn’t bother to ask. There was only lukewarm water in my room. No hot shower but again, it’s hot and that works. Towels and all, you will have to prepare yourself. You get what you pay for with this price. If you use to backpack and want to save money, this place is great. But if you expect for a normal hotel service, then you should choose another place. As others say, this place is mainly run by persons with disabilities, which I personally think it’s a great thing and they earn with their livelihood! They speak good English and very very accommodating! They helped me to make phone calls to enquire the bus schedule, and let me check in right away when i reached there at 5am by an overnight bus. My booking started from that night and i was thinking to leave my suitcase there first and came back in the afternoon. But they gave me the room right away, so I could also sleep a few hours before starting my day. Truly appreciated and highly recommend to experienced backpackers.

Decided to try Chalaroste despite the comments wherein the bathroom stinks, daming langaw, sira lock ng door, etc. and it was not a regret that we booked this resort because it was amaaaazing! we availed the standard room. It has tv, mini ref, toiletries (towels, tissues, soap, shampoo, toothbrushes & toothpaste), water heater since may coffee and creamer provided, bottled water. lahat yan is good for 2 na. mabango rin ung cr sa loob ng room, no issues at all. May wifi rin! Complete na rin sa common kitchen, no worries na mag aagawan since they provided lots of plates kalderos and the like, lulutuin na lang dalhin. Mabato ung beach but the infinity pool did not disappoint! Ang ganda lalo na sa gabi. May signage na u can use the pool until 9 or 10 pm yata but the staff let us swim there until 1 am. There are tables near the pool which overlooks the beach na maganda mag chill! Pet friendly also ❤️ Overall, I loved the place! It felt like the price was too cheap for such a resort that has a complete amenities. Literal na sarili mo na lang at pagkain dalhin mo.

The Hotel is VERY AFFORDABLE, clean and has nice environment. It feels cozy, and the staffs are nice and accomodating. The food in the resto is also affordable and yummy. Best for travelers lodge in place with family or friends. They also have videoke spots and events place. Highly recommended!
