Super super good location, direct in the most important street of old town, 1 min by foot to the Neptune’s fountain, other sightseeing places we can also go to there by foot. Very clean and super big room. Very friendly stuff.
Just one thing, there is no swimming pool, no sauna. Spa includes only massage.
Todo excelente. Muy recomendable. Si volviese a Gdansk me hospedería ahí. Cercano al centro, las instalaciones de 10. Todo tipo de servicios, cocina, gym, sala de estar, futbolín... Atención perfecta
The hotel is very conveniently located, which is definitely a plus. However, there are several issues that prevent it from truly living up to its five-star rating.
At check-in, we were not informed that parking was paid. As a result, after three days of stay, we were required to pay a rather significant amount at check-out, which came as an unpleasant surprise.
The rooms are generally comfortable and well equipped, but in the bathroom there were noticeable uncleaned areas and fingerprints on the faucets, indicating that housekeeping was not done thoroughly.
I would also like to specifically mention the breakfasts, which were a complete disappointment. From a five-star hotel belonging to an international chain, a very different standard is expected. The food was not fresh and appeared dried out (see photos), the selection did not change from day to day, there was almost no pastry, desserts were limited to just two items, and there were no vegetarian options at all, which seems strange for a hotel of this level.
Staying at The Radisson Gdansk was not just a trip—it was an experience. From the moment we stepped into the tranquil lobby scented with yuzu and cedar, we were immersed in elegance and refinement.
Our suite overlooked a canals. The hotel’s Michelin dinner was unforgettable, as was the traditional onsen spa experience.
Service was intuitive, discreet, and truly world-class. Every staff member treated us not as guests, but as honored visitors. This is more than just a luxury hotel—it’s where hospitality becomes art. Worth every yen.
У нас было позднее заселение, персонал нас дождался. Номер прекрасный с видом на старинные здания. Тихий район и пешком можно дойти до центра города. Мы остались довольны. Девушки уборщицы и администраторы очень приветливы, спасибо.
The room was good, even if a bit small for two people, the water pressure was weak. They have a laundry you can use, which is an advantage. BUT! The communication is very bad, especially for the hotel without reception. They didn’t send me check-in instructions in advance, and I had to have a written communication with trip.com support on my arrival day for the whole day to get them, which is unacceptable. And also, even though they say they have 24/7 support, the hotel responded to me about my inquiry only the next day. They were nice to let us check-in later, but we needed this information earlier than we received it.

MMartin Anthony MiszerakVery pleasant and comfortable hotel just off the Old Town of Gdansk. The rooms are spacious and very clean. An excellent breakfast is served, but the other meals are less overwhelming. For example, the Ceasar Salad I ordered had actually little in common with what a ceasar ought be. The most irritating experience occurred in the swimming pool. The hotel disposes of a beautiful swinning pool which I love to use. However, wwhen I arrived the first day, the pool was was occupied by some acqua gym group and in effect not available to hotel guests. This is totally inacceptable. The hotel guests must be given priority in the use of the pool!
ゲゲストI had a really nice stay at Hola. The staff was very welcoming , friendly and helpful. The rooms are very elegant , clean and fresh.I cant say enough about the beds , very comfortable and gave me a good night rest. They also provide some water, tea and coffee in the room. The hotel is located close to the centre so i was able to access different points of the city from that point, its at a really convenient location.Their breakfasts was really nutritious and delicious , so many options to choose from.Overall this is a cozy and and comfortable hotel and i would highly recommend to anyone visiting Gdynia!!
ゲゲストEnjoyed our stay at the Sadova. Handily placed around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Gdansk and had a really nice pool and gym, so facilities were spot on. We stayed
In a Classic room which was absolutely fine. If I had one small fault, the room was a little warm and the temperature controls in the room were not working. I assume they turn the aircon off during winter months!
Would recommend the hotel though and happily stay again
