素敵なホテルで、とても清潔でモダン、ベッドは大きくて快適です。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、大きな笑顔で迎えてくれ、地元の情報などを喜んで教えてくれます。朝食には温かい料理と冷たい料理が豊富に用意されています。設備の整ったジムがあります。ホテルは、オトガルと空港を結ぶトラムの乗り場に便利な場所にあります。IKEA にもとても近いです。滞在にとても満足しました。また利用します。

To get to the main street or the old town, you will need to walk a few blocks or use public transport. The rooms are spacious, many (but not all) have a personal balcony with a table and chairs (quite dusty), the furniture is quite worn (not like it looks in the photo). In some rooms there are refrigerators, but they are old and do not work well, in others there is only a cabinet where there used to be a refrigerator. The hair dryers are quite old. There is no kettle or any tea accessories in the room. Guests are forced to collect hot water themselves from the cooler on the ground floor into their own dishes. On the first evening there was a breakdown with the centralized lighting in the room (the light stopped turning on), in addition, there was no telephone in the room to contact the reception, after a personal visit to the reception, the employee finally got up, but the problem was not solved, I had to spend the evening in darkness. The next day I was forced to move to another room. I was outraged on the second evening of my stay, while I had booked two nights, by the administrator Lema who checked me in for two nights on the first day, pretended that she didn’t recognize me, demanded to show me the key and tell me my name. The staff needs to be attentive to the guests so as not to create such uncomfortable situations!

Нам безумно понравилась атмосфера этого места! Мы жили в историческом здании, которое напоминало на настоящий замок. В номере была соответствующая мебель, всегда было чисто и уютно. Отдельно хочется отметить высокий уровень сервиса: постельное белье и полотенца меняли ежедневно, что было очень приятно. Завтраки подавали на потрясающей атмосферной веранде. Они были не огромным шведским столом, а очень душевными и вкусными. Настоящая турецкая классика: разнообразные сыры, оливки, овощи и зелень, фрукты и свежий хлеб. Все именно то, что мы так любим и хотели попробовать в Турции. Персонал на ресепшене был исключительно вежлив и внимателен. За день до отъезда мы попросили помочь вызвать такси, и нам не просто помогли, а все организовали быстро и без каких-либо проблем. Из небольших минусов, пожалуй, отметим, что наша комната была довольно маленькой для двоих человек с большим чемоданом. Но этот небольшой недостаток полностью перекрывается всеми достоинствами отеля, его невероятной атмосферой и уютом. Мы определенно рекомендуем этот отель тем, кто ценит колорит, уют и аутентичность, а не стандартные безликие сетевые гостиницы. Мы мечтаем вернуться сюда снова!

How can a hotel with no integrity operate legally? On 20 November 2024, I booked a 3-night stay at Casamax Suites (21–24 April 2025) and paid the full amount of SGD 420.66 on the same day. We arrived at Casamax Suites around 9 PM on 21 April 2025 and proceeded with our check-in. - After presenting our passports and booking confirmation at check-in, the front desk staff notified us that Trip.com had cancelled our reservation. - We were in shock - how could this be? I hadn't received any cancellation notice from Trip.com. To confirm, I double-checked all my booking details with the front desk staff (booking date, payment date, booking number, etc.). Yet the staff still insisted that Trip.com had canceled our reservation. - After such a long journey, we simply needed a resolution that would allow us to check in and get some rest. - The front desk staff demanded we pay €300 before they would allow us to check in for just one night. - Since it was already late, we reluctantly agreed to pay a €300 deposit to check in first, intending to resolve the issue with Trip.com in the morning. I then provided my credit card to the front desk for the deposit payment. - Surprisingly, the hotel refused credit card payments. The staff demanded €300 IN CASH ONLY. - I informed the staff that carrying €300 in cash was impossible since we'd already prepaid our full trip. - Despite our explanation, the staff refused to let us check in unless we handed over €300 in cash. The staff suggested using the ATM at the hotel entrance to withdraw cash with my credit card. - This CASH-ONLY DEMAND raises serious concerns. - We were appalled by the staff’s unprofessional conduct and baseless insistence on cash payment. I formally requested written verification of the alleged cancellation by Trip.com, presenting my payment receipt as proof of the valid booking. - Only after I challenged them did the staff relent, offering to check us in ‘as an exception’ without payment. - I escalated this issue to Trip.com the following day, and they explicitly stated that my reservation was never cancelled. - To avoid further disruption to our travels, we chose to temporarily defer the matter. Despite our decision to prioritize our trip, the hotel’s misconduct must be addressed to prevent future guests from similar experiences. Meanwhile, we strongly demand the hotel provide a reasonable explanation for what happened that night.

素晴らしいホテルで、スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で助かりました。夫と2泊しましたが、次回も同じホテルに泊まることにしました。部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っていました（洗濯機まで）。厚手のカーテンに加え、夜は自動で開閉するブラインドで完全に遮光できました。ベッドは大きくて柔らかく、防音性も抜群で、まるで赤ちゃんのようにぐっすり眠れました！部屋の清掃も行き届いていて、これも良かったです。朝食はボリュームたっぷりで美味しく、ダイニングルームと朝食時のテラス/プールの景色は素晴らしかったです。ホテルのオーナーとスタッフの温かいおもてなしに心から感謝いたします。 お客様へのアドバイス：ホテルの立地にご留意ください。海沿いではなく、住宅街の中にあります。私たちは街を散策する予定だったので、この点は問題ではありませんでした。 ホテルからのアドバイス：シャワー室に洗面用具を置くための棚を設置してください。😁 不満ではなく、提案です。

Останавливалась в отеле на 2 ночи, номера приятные, девушки на ресепшен всегда готовы помочь, весьма неплохой завтрак, в номерах кофе и 2 бутылочки воды. Чай и вода в доступе весь день. Супер чистоты не ждите, но все весьма неплохо)

ホテルは素晴らしく、旅行者用の快適な部屋はアンタルヤの歴史的な部分の中心にあります。近くには多くのオンラインショップレストランがあります。海から500メートル。空港への直通公共交通機関のトラムは50メートルです。

Вполне нормальный отель, чтобы переночевать до или после перелета. Ничего сверхъестественного ждать не стоит, но на 1 ночь вполне сносно. Удобно расположен относительно трамвайной остановки в аэропорт, почти в самом центре Анталии

アンタルヤでオールインクルーシブの宿泊をするのは初めてでしたが、このホテルでの滞在は本当に楽しかったです。設備はとても良く、スタッフはとても親切で丁寧でした。食事と飲み物の選択肢はかなり豊富でした。ただ、イングリッシュブレックファーストは追加料金がかかるので、もっとイギリス料理の選択肢を増やしてほしいです。カクテルやビールなど、飲み放題です。ビリヤード台も予約して1時間無料でプレイできます。ツアーも提供していますが、外で予約するよりも料金が高くなります。マッサージも外で予約するよりも料金が高めでした。Wi-Fiもかなり快適でした。 部屋のテレビは古くて小さいです。もっと大きくてNetflixが見れるともっと良いと思います。
