How can a hotel with no integrity operate legally? On 20 November 2024, I booked a 3-night stay at Casamax Suites (21–24 April 2025) and paid the full amount of SGD 420.66 on the same day. We arrived at Casamax Suites around 9 PM on 21 April 2025 and proceeded with our check-in. - After presenting our passports and booking confirmation at check-in, the front desk staff notified us that Trip.com had cancelled our reservation. - We were in shock - how could this be? I hadn't received any cancellation notice from Trip.com. To confirm, I double-checked all my booking details with the front desk staff (booking date, payment date, booking number, etc.). Yet the staff still insisted that Trip.com had canceled our reservation. - After such a long journey, we simply needed a resolution that would allow us to check in and get some rest. - The front desk staff demanded we pay €300 before they would allow us to check in for just one night. - Since it was already late, we reluctantly agreed to pay a €300 deposit to check in first, intending to resolve the issue with Trip.com in the morning. I then provided my credit card to the front desk for the deposit payment. - Surprisingly, the hotel refused credit card payments. The staff demanded €300 IN CASH ONLY. - I informed the staff that carrying €300 in cash was impossible since we'd already prepaid our full trip. - Despite our explanation, the staff refused to let us check in unless we handed over €300 in cash. The staff suggested using the ATM at the hotel entrance to withdraw cash with my credit card. - This CASH-ONLY DEMAND raises serious concerns. - We were appalled by the staff’s unprofessional conduct and baseless insistence on cash payment. I formally requested written verification of the alleged cancellation by Trip.com, presenting my payment receipt as proof of the valid booking. - Only after I challenged them did the staff relent, offering to check us in ‘as an exception’ without payment. - I escalated this issue to Trip.com the following day, and they explicitly stated that my reservation was never cancelled. - To avoid further disruption to our travels, we chose to temporarily defer the matter. Despite our decision to prioritize our trip, the hotel’s misconduct must be addressed to prevent future guests from similar experiences. Meanwhile, we strongly demand the hotel provide a reasonable explanation for what happened that night.

短期的には、このホテルは諦めた方がいいでしょう。この崖っぷちのホテルは、ある赤い本に惹かれて入ったものですが、実際には一部しか営業しておらず、一部は改装中です。部屋の設備は国内のオールシーズンホテルの水準で、バルコニーも非常に狭いです。いわゆるシービュールームです。崖っぷちのバーとホテルは別棟のようです。すべて有料です。水と紅茶だけが無料で、必要なものはすべて有料です。稼働率は極めて低いです。もちろん静かですが、外国人の中にはウェイターに「なぜここにアジア人がいるのですか？」と尋ねる人もいます…。

私はオーシャンビューのデラックスルームを予約しました。大きなベッドのある部屋もあれば、1.5メートルの小さなベッドのある部屋もあります。ホテルのレストランは1人あたり約100元です。下記のその他のレストランやお子様が遊べるキッズクラブもあります。 ホテルはとても眺めが良く、海に面していて景色が気持ち良いです

このホテルに一泊しましたが、全てが素晴らしかったです。受付スタッフはロシア語を話せましたし、部屋には必要なものがすべて揃っていました。水、紅茶、コーヒー、ヘアドライヤー、スリッパ、バスアメニティ、歯ブラシと歯磨き粉、リクエストすればシェービングキットも用意されていました。部屋には金庫と裁縫セットもありました。敷地内は手入れが行き届いており、屋外プール、心地よい音楽、屋外バー、スパがありました。海へ降りるエレベーターは午前8時から午後7時まで運行していました。海辺にはバーもありました。朝食は種類豊富で美味しく、野菜からペストリーまで揃っていて、シェフが全てその場で調理していました。コーヒーメーカーと絞りたてのジュースもありました。ぜひ訪れてみることをお勧めします。

I liked staying at this hotel, the room is good, the staff is nice and the area is beautiful with nice swimming pool. It’s located close to the airport so it’s very convenient for a layover or an early morning flight.

Nice hotel for the price. Excellent location. Across the road from the sea promenade and the beach. Nice sea view. 5-10 mins by taxi from central Antalia and the shopping mall. 25 mins from the airport. Breakfast is ok, but could be better. Can be a bit noisy till 11ish pm due to close proximity of beach bars with music. There is spa also, but we didn't check it out. Overall we were pleased with this hotel experience.

По всем параметрам отель понравился. Приятно встретили, заселили заранее без ожидания назначенного времени. Расположение идеальное, на первой линии в 100 метрах от пляжа и набережной. В шаговой доступности всё необходимое. Номер простенький, но очень комфортный, есть всё необходимое. Даже для работы за ноутбуком нашлось удобное место, что не часто для отелей 3*. Завтрак насыщен овощами, фруктами и зеленью. Остальное тоже в достатке, яичница, колбасы, сыры. Напитки холодные и горячие. Есть бассейн, но при наличии пляжа в шаговой доступности в него даже не заглядывал. Попался комбинированный вид, частично город, частично море. И это очень понравилось, тк по своему интересно любоваться панорамой города с высокого этажа. В целом отлично организованный и сбалансированный отель, видно владелец профессионал знает своё дело и получает от него удовольствие. ホテル自体は悪くありません。ただ、夜になると音楽が少し気になりました。スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋は1日おきに掃除してもらえましたし、ビーチも素晴らしく、雰囲気も最高でした。

The hotel location is 10/10 The workers and staffs there were super friendly and helpful. Bottom floor there is closed swimming pool mix (male/gender) there is turkish hamam, sauna, salt sauna, humid room. Breakfast included, im happy with the provided service. For the price, very nice hotel. A/C works well, minibar filled with drinks (pricing is fair and same as from market outside. Thanks and enjoy your stay in the Hotel.
