Very friendly staff. Very clean. Very quiet. Hot breakfast items.

滞在中、部屋と場所全体は許容範囲でしたが、フロントデスクのサービス体験は非常に不快でした。男性のフロントスタッフが、通常のポリシー問題や継続に関する事項に対処する際に冷たく対立的な態度をとり、ゲストのプライベートチェックイン状況を不適切なヒントを出し、ゲストの名前をマークする可能性があると言及しました。不快感と尊重。ホテルは独自の規制を実行することができますが、フロントデスクでのコミュニケーションは明確でプロフェッショナルで、ゲストのプライバシーを尊重する必要があります。この経験は滞在の経験に明らかに影響を与えました。ホテルの経営陣が関連する従業員のサービス方法に真剣に対処することを願っています。

We enjoyed the location as it is conveniently located near Walmart and places to eat. Only bad thing to say was the tv didn’t work well. Breakfast had decent options

Very clean, accommodating staff. If I could suggest anything, it would be that they would explain when asked about being pet friendly that they don’t allow pets to stay in the room while you’re not there and charge a $250 fine if you leave the room. We were confused because in other hotels that we stayed, we were allowed to leave the dogs. This makes it rather difficult when you arrive at the location and you’re an hour and a half away from your house that you have to now find a dog sitter or a dog daycare while you go out of your hotel room to me it defeats the purpose because I know I would’ve left them with the dog sitter at home either that or they clarify their stance on such issues like “do you have a dog here well as long as he stays quiet, it’s OK“ something to that effect.

Great customer service! My issue was that I stayed a week and my room wasn’t cleaned one time and I requested twice.

ご注文に朝食が含まれていなくても、朝食は無料ですが、種類が少なく、良くありません。川の向こうにレストランがあり、素晴らしいです。ホテルの施設は少し古いですがとてもきれいです

便利な駐車場、理学療法付きのホットバブルプール、とても快適。サービススタッフは温かく思いやりがあります。アメリカンブレックファーストはシンプルで栄養価が高いです。

Wow, they told us that we were the guests of the day. We celebrated my son's birthday and the added freebies (free breakfast, birthday card, late checkout and candies surprise) are indeed very much appreciated! Thank you so much Westin Team for the effort! Of course, this is a Westin brand so everything is perfect!
