I had such a lovely stay at Iris The Business Hotel during my trip to Bangalore. Honestly, I didn’t expect much when I booked it, but the experience turned out to be way better than I imagined.I stayed at Iris – The Business Hotel for a month during an official trip, and it was a thoroughly satisfying experience.
Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.
Everything was perfect fir our stay and the location was very appealing, close to all central attractions. The room was super comfy and well equipped to a luxurious standard. The pool was fantastic and we made full use of. The restaurant had a generous offering and food was up to a high standard. Thanks to the staff for all their help and making our stay such a treat. Cant wait to visit again.
Clean rooms and good facilities such as gym, outdoor pool, steambath and sauna.
Breakfast was good. Several eateries in the same location.
Would for sure stay here again in the future.
Hotel and the rooms were slightly old. Service by check-in staff not so consistent - the lady who checked us in was less friendlier than the gentleman who attended to our late check-out requests at the later part of the day. Breakfast spread was wide and worth it!
I have stayed there for 2 nights when visiting Bangalore.
Horel is located almost near the geographical center of the city. And while it is convenient from the trainsportation side of things, there is almost nothing to see in the near vicinity, except maybe gurudwara across the street. However, offices of the several IT-companies are in 10-minutes of walk, so this accomodation may be useful for business trip.
Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, and the cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is impecable. Also, when I was checking in, there was a nise bonus in the form of bar and spa vouchers.
Overall, I have enjoyed my stay in the property and recommend it to everyone visiting the city.

ゲゲストGood location near metro. Quiet rooms with good air-conditioning. Staff in the restaurant including the chef was always eager to help and the buffet breakfast as well as dinner were with plenty of varietis and were tasty.
FFlies A LotIt’s hard to fault the Taj Bangalore. The location is right on the doorstep of Kempegowda Airport, which makes it very convenient for catching early flights,
The service was was very good. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful, polite, and eager to please.
The rooms and the hotel in general were clean and in good order.
The food in the restaurants was prepared to a high standard and delicious.
There is, however, one area which I feel falls little short, the back office. I wrote two emails asking for assistance on how best to get to the hotel from the international terminal. Both went unanswered. This proved to be a real inconvenience as there was no signage on how to get to the hotel from the terminal.
The check in process took a lot longer than usual. The staff were apologetic and polite, and it seemed they were struggling with a system that was either slow or not fully functioning.
, what rating to give the Taj Bangalore. Overall 8pm of 10. It deserved more, but the back office let the rest of the team down.
ゲゲストThe place itself is nice. They tried to provide excellent service until we got Food Poisoning. The night staff was helpful and they got the doctor (Dr. Vikram Shetty) to come in the middle of the night, and he is amazing. He saw us the next day at the hospital to run tests and IV and called us many times to ensure our safety. In the morning the GM was very bad. He totally denied their responsibility, even though we only ate and drank at the hotel and pinpointed a specific drink, after which the nightmare started. So, with a high fever, after a sleepless night in the bathroom, definitely wanted to be treated differently. Other than that, the hotel and service by regular staff was great. If you are concerned about the noise, don't stay on the riverside, despite the wonderful views, including crocodiles and birds due to noise from kitchen fan, especially at night. If you are used to different noises, then enjoy the view.
