What's good about a dying black neighborhood? When you go in the evening, you are stripped out. During the day, a group of unemployed vagrants gather around you to ask for money. Young and middle-aged labor force, idle at home during the day, only women go out to do housekeeping for a living. The law and order is bad to death. If you're alive enough, just hang around. If you catch up with the strike, you'll die in riots. The black man has his pitiful side and his hateful side. Black areas, passionate, open, black people have language talent, sports talent; however, laziness is also a common disease of the whole black race.
