The Los Angeles Citizenship Center is on the edge of the Los Angeles City Hall. It has a relatively higher slope to the West (that is, the direction of the Walter Concert Hall). So looking eastward from the horizon, there is a sense of flat rivers (along the main road). The white towers of the City Hall look particularly solemn, while many of the buildings with glass curtain walls on the other side are California land. Administrative agencies such as district transportation seem to be more modern, and beside the fountains, there are many individual vendors who can attract tourists.
