The Kagoshima County Museum is free of charge and can be reached about eight minutes'walk from the Astronomical Museum Station. There is a commemorative seal on the right side of the entrance desk. In addition to the local features like museums around the world, it is more special that there is a large room similar to the reading room, which can be queried by a computer, and a dense cabinet for storing all kinds of paper materials can be freely accessed. The empty room is with lights on. Once someone comes, the staff will turn on the lights and give gifts immediately. There are many interactive projects for children.

The Kagoshima Prefectural Museum is not far from the Lungsheng Statue, the symbol of Kagoshima. It is a rare free museum in Japan. It has specimens of birds, butterflies and other animals, as well as various kinds of flowers with false and true. Suitable for children to visit.

Together with the Astronomical Museum, the Zhaoguo Shrine and the Art Museum, it is simple and generous, though not very big, but it has an artistic flavor.

After visiting the museum, we got a better understanding of the whole city of Kagoshima.
