Manchester Buddhist Center has a lot of different activities, and there is a great bookstore, including second-hand books, at a very good price. There's also a great vegetarian restaurant. The centre is only one block away from the huge Anadel shopping mall, but the atmosphere is calm.

This is a place where I use modern scientific means to learn Buddhist knowledge and meditation. It gives me different feelings. I feel quite good to learn yoga here.
