1番道路はアイスランドに行くには必ず行く道路です。途中は基本的に草地が主です。景色は特別ではありませんが、地球の北端でこのような生命力のある光景を見るのはとても興味深いことです。

1番道路の両側は比較的荒れ果てています。想像していたのとちょっと違っています。そして1番道路は広くないです。行き来する車も比較的少ないです。私たちは旅行団の車に乗ってこの道を歩いています。

There is no charge on the road, and there is no charge for parking in scenic spots. You can buy food and free toilets in towns along the way. But we still have enough food and drink in Leishi's supermarket. Salmon, sausage, bread, bubble water and so on.

Almost all the journeys in Iceland are completed around Highway 1. This 360-degree circular road surrounds Iceland. There are no traffic lights and almost no vehicles to follow. Walking along Highway 1, sometimes I don't feel like I'm on a lonely planet.
