Hutai Site Park, located in Xining City, is a free park. It is a good place to sit and daze. Historically, Xining was the capital of Nanliang during the Eastern Jin and Sixteen Kingdoms, and Hutai was the parade platform built at that time. At that time, the crown prince was named Tiger. The king of Nanliang named this platform Hutai after the crown prince. Nanliang King's expedition, the Western Qin Dynasty by virtue of the conquest of the capital of Nanliang, the prince and Baiguan, Nanliang was destroyed. The next year, the king of Nanliang died in the Western Qin Dynasty. Hutai Site Park was built around Hutai mound and several new statues were built. Xining Museum is located in Hutai Park.
