This is one of the most iconic buildings in Kindergarten. The "Ice and Snow Gate" is a monument newly designed and made by a world famous sculptor born in Sapporo in 1963. The whole monument is composed of 2.4 tall bronze statues symbolizing the stubborn people living in snow and ice, facing the 8-metre-high Wangxiang Gate of Sakhalin Island and marble Lingstone.
