浦東が開発したばかりの時、ユニオンスクエアという円は普通で一番にぎやかなところと言えますが、今のセンターは陸家嘴に転向しました。だから八伴というところはもうめったに来ません。

張揚路南泉北路の交差点にある新梅連合広場には高層ビルが2棟あります。隣には八伴デパートがあります。ここは人の流れがとても大きいです。浦東のにぎやかなところの一つです。
