We booked a two-night accommodation at See Sky Yunyi, which was an impressive experience, the night view from our room level was unobstructed and the facilities were modern and the staff were very attentive. Mr. Zhu, the front desk servant and others, provided very thoughtful service to help us with our stay. We had an almost half day late check out on our last day due to personal reasons and the hotel staff were very helpful in extending our stay. They also helped us receive a lot of online shopping items.
The only suggestion for the new tenants is that there are several other international hotels in surrounding buildings, so be careful to make sure you go to the right one.
We were really satisfied with the room design – it was both Instagrammable and comfortable, and the view was absolutely lovely! The location of the hotel is quite good too – just around a 12-minute walk to the metro or bus, which made getting around the city very convenient.
Special thanks to the captain during breakfast; his service was truly top-notch. He consistently checked on guests with a warm smile, which made our mornings even better. Also, a big shoutout to Rabby for kindly assisting us when we asked about taking the bus around the city – really helpful!
There was just one issue we encountered during our stay. On the first day, we noticed that the hair conditioner couldn’t be pumped out and the hair dryer wasn’t functioning well. After we reported it, the team responded quickly by providing bottled conditioner and a replacement hair dryer – which we appreciated.
However, a few days later, housekeeping took away the replacement conditioner bottles, and we were left without any again. When we brought it up a second time, the team finally discovered that the original conditioner pump was broken and fixed it immediately.
While we’re happy with how quickly the staff responded, we do feel that for a 5-star hotel, it’s important to ensure that room amenities are checked thoroughly before guests check in.
Overall, we still had a great experience and appreciate the excellent service from the team!
If I could give a review higher than 5/5, I would. Service is immaculate here, the butlers will help you arrange anything you need and plan your trip even. Amenities are plentiful and they will provide however many you wish to receive. We were well taken care of and would visit the city again just to stay at this hotel. Highly recommend.
Charming Hotel with Attentive Service and Breathtaking Views
Getting to the hotel can be a bit of an adventure—it’s tucked away inside the village, which requires a ticket and a bus transfer. However, the effort is well worth it. From the moment we arrived, our butler was incredibly attentive, offering a pickup service and always being available to answer questions or help with any needs.
The rooms are spotless, cozy, and full of character, with stunning views that make you want to linger by the window. One of the most unique highlights is the rooftop photoshoot service—the backdrop is absolutely spectacular, and the photos turned out unbelievably beautiful.
Overall, despite the slightly tricky journey, the combination of personalized service, charming rooms, and unforgettable experiences makes this hotel a true hidden gem.

ゲゲストi went to this hotel with high expectations as it is a four stars hotel. I am foreigner coming with my parents. the most positive is the staff was really nice with us. but I can feel the hotel is a bit old, the mattresses were too hard, and I have been woke up the morning at 7.30 am by out noise. you still need to pay entrance park ticket and the ticket office is far from the hotel. if you want to see the waterfall at night you still need to purchase one more ticket. I feel it’s so wrong…so the hotel is inside the park but don’t that much advantages.
The hotel is located mid-hill with panoramic views as seen in my photos. Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk.
They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain.
To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here.
