Fantastic hotel, the staff is amazing and ready to help, the room was beautiful and impeccably clean, the mattress was probably the best I ever slept on!
Beautiful breakfast, and a free coffee machine in the lobby with a great coffee.
You can easily walk to hundreds of restaurants, to the river, shopping centre... the location cannot be better.

こちらのホテルに一泊しましたが、期待をはるかに超える滞在でした！一番驚いたのは部屋の設備です。まず、西川のマットレスが素晴らしかったです。硬すぎず柔らかすぎず、抜群のサポート力で、横になった瞬間に全身がリラックスし、朝までぐっすり眠れました。普段腰痛持ちなのですが、全く不快感がありませんでした。次に、ReFa（リファ）のヘアドライヤーも感動しました。風量が強く、あっという間に髪が乾き、仕上がりはサラサラでまとまりやすく、多くの五つ星ホテルに備え付けられているドライヤーよりもずっと使い心地が良かったです。この二つの細部から、ホテルのきめ細やかな配慮が感じられました。次回このエリアに来る際は、必ずまたこちらを選びます！

Our recent stay in Room 1515 of the hotel for 3 nights from March 22 was very satisfactory and experienced warmth and excellent service from front receptionists and room service staffs. The arrangements for brunch to provide from 7:00 AM to Noon was superb and can further help to satisfy most travellers with time flexibility, a big plus. As a couple with strict vegetarian diet, the warm respondsive service to cater our special request to provide extral fresh vegetarian hot noodle soup for the three days were grateful and appreciated. We will highly recommend this hotel.

房間安靜，完全沒有嘈雜感 房間乾淨明亮，整體氛圍令人愉快 而且還有免費的可樂和礦泉水 房間裏的鏡子也是很大 還有小沙發呢 床鋪睡起來也是很柔軟還有投影儀 窗外還可以看見南明河 隔音效果也很好 我是很推薦去這家酒店住 YYDS！！！🙈🙈特別適合情侶或者閨蜜，兄弟出來旅遊，這個酒店真的不錯，而且我住的這個房間有個大陽台，打開窗簾，外面就是河，還有個橋，夜景真的不錯，主要是離商場很近，有貴陽本地的絲娃娃之類的，昨天晚上住了之後，我們就去吃了頓酸湯牛肉，真的不錯，很方便。值得推薦

This is our first time staying at this property and we enjoyed our stay here. It’s a beautiful property with great views of Guiyang city and we will come back.
I highly recommend having the breakfast buffet as you are greeted with beautiful views of the Guiyang skyline. Breakfast options is the typical hotel breakfast but the view makes up for it.
Location is at the City Center and you are close to万象城 mix c with plenty of food options.
The gym is spacious and you have basic cable machines but you will get a solid workout in. Reception staff at the spa and gym counter have a bit of attitude but they are probably contract staff as the hotel staff have been very professional and courteous.
Thank you Raby for checking us out she greeted us with a smile and was very helpful and gave my kids some small farewell gifts which they played with throughout our plane trip back home.
The hotel lobby is located on the 55th floor so if you drive or have rooms downstairs you do have to change lifts each time. Breakfast is served on the 57th floor.
I m glad to see that the hotel staff uphold the Sofitel Service standard which is very rare when you are in busy Chinese cities. Keep up the good work!

Belle et grande chambre avec vue sur le pont et les maisons en face magnifiquement éclairées la nuit. La baignoire est un plus surtout pour les couples (elle est ronde et large). La machine à laver est un plus (on vous fournira de la lessive), pour le séchage et le repassage il y a un magasin de l'autre côté du pont à gauche (ils vous le diront, utilisez les traducteurs). Un bon rapport qualité prix. Je recommande.

TTangtangduo住了這麼多民宿，這次在肇興侗寨的體驗真的讓人難忘！ 🌄
推開窗就是層層疊疊的梯田和侗寨鼓樓，早晨雲霧繚繞，傍晚燈火初上，每一幀都像明信片。
老闆特別熱心，不僅來回親自接送，還主動給我們介紹寨子裏的風俗和小眾玩法。最驚喜的是，有天早上還特意請我們吃了本地超地道的羊肉粉，暖胃又暖心！ 自己做的早餐也特別豐盛好吃🍜
民宿裏的貓貓狗狗都超級友好，像小管家一樣，黏人又乖巧，給旅途增添了好多温暖瞬間。
房間乾淨舒適，佈置得很有侗家特色，細節處處能感受到用心。
如果來肇興侗寨，強烈推薦住這裏——不衹是住宿，更是一次充滿温度和風景的相遇。已經想再來啦！ 💛

ゲゲストWe arrived in Xijiang and were immediately met with such a kind surprise—they upgraded our room for my birthday, which truly set the tone for our entire stay. We were on the third floor with the most wonderful view, looking out over their little water feature and the village beyond. Our balcony, complete with a tea set and two chairs, quickly became one of our favorite spots. Sitting there, especially in the evening, felt magical—like we were nestled among the stars overlooking the town.
The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the viewing platform and easily accessible down into the main village. Arriving was also incredibly smooth. As first-time visitors to China, we were quite nervous navigating trains and logistics as English speakers, but the hotel staff stepped in early with clear, thoughtful guidance. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind.
When we arrived at the North Gate after taking the shuttle into the scenic area, a staff member met us and carried both of our bags up the hill and stairs to the accommodation. This was such a thoughtful gesture—especially because the terrain can be challenging. (For future travelers: if possible, avoid bringing heavy suitcases—but if you do, you’ll be very well taken care of here.)
Check-in was seamless, and our room was extremely comfortable with all the amenities we needed. They provided water, soft robes, and made communication very easy via WeChat. Breakfast was also a highlight—we opted for the Chinese breakfast, which was light, healthy, and a perfect way to start the day before exploring all the incredible street food in town.
We especially loved the communal living space—a cozy café-style area with a balcony overlooking the village. It was such a peaceful place to sit, have tea, and take in the views both during the day and under the night sky. They also had everything you could need: a coffee maker, dishes, mugs, and even fresh spring water, which was a lovely touch.
The warmth of the people here truly made the experience unforgettable. The housekeeping staff were so kind, and the younger staff members were incredibly helpful and attentive. It really felt like being welcomed into a home rather than just staying at a hotel. And the little cats around the property made it even more special.
On our departure day, we were running late for the last bus, and one of the younger staff members carried my very heavy bag down the hill and practically ran with it to make sure we made it on time. He stayed with us until we were safely on board. That level of care and service is something we will never forget.
We would return in a heartbeat. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to the family and the entire staff for your kindness and for taking such wonderful care of us. You made our short stay in Xijiang an absolute pleasure and a weekend we will remember forever.

The rooms are clean, spacious, and designed for comfort, with many offering stunning views of the natural landscape. The resort has a calm, welcoming atmosphere, making it perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. Staff are friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The dining options include both local and international dishes, which adds to the convenience of staying on-site. While it’s located a little outside the city center, the serene environment and fresh air make it well worth the stay.

衛生状態：部屋の衛生状態も非常に清潔で、部屋の死角も非常にきれいに掃除されており、バスタブとバスルームも清潔です。
環境: ホテルは山の中腹、有名な巴陵川橋の向かいに位置し、雨季には滴水潭の滝が斜め向かいにあります。美しい神聖な場所 チェックインしたら、もう帰りたくないでしょう。夕方にはたき火の周りでお茶を淹れるアクティビティもあり、みんなで座って果物、焼き芋、焼き芋、小さな豆腐を食べることができます。特に焼き芋は甘くて脂っこくないです。本当に気に入っています。
サービス: バトラーサービスはとても良いです。チェックインの前日に、ハウスキーパーが私に電話して WeChat に追加し、関連するチェックイン ガイドを送ってくれます。駐車場に到着後、ホテルに連絡するとスチュワードが三輪車で荷物を取りに来てくれました。 駐車場からホテルまでは歩いて2分ほどかかりました。 チェックインの際はスチュワードが対応してくれました。お茶を渡してIDカードを渡します。小さなカードホルダーもあります。荷物を運ぶ必要はありません。チェックイン後はバトラーが荷物を預かってくれ、チェックインに関する説明をしてくれます。チェックインのニーズも非常にタイムリーに解決され、フロントデスクの前を通ると、ハウスキーパーがとても温かく迎えてくれます。チェックアウトの際にポップキャンディをお土産にいただきました。とても気に入ったお店ですので、次回もまた利用させていただきます。

BbhphangLocated at 上纳灰村, the hotel was refurbished last year. Rooms are stylishly designed and all the staff are hospitable in delivery of their services.
I fell sick during my stay. The staff gave me some medicine. Made me feel so much at home. They recommend places of interest in the area and how to go about it.

ゲゲストThe hotel is located mid-hill with panoramic views as seen in my photos. Room was clean and service is friendly, there is a porter who helped to carry our luggage from the observation deck to the hotel after the shuttle dropped us off. The family room is very large with three partitions: kids room, parents room and a small living area with sofa and writing desk.
They also provide washing machine and dryer for self service. The aircon in the room provides both heating and cooling function which is very useful for cold nights on the mountain.
To get to the village Main Street where all the performances, restaurants and attractions are, you will need to climb down the hill and back up again to return. Hence it’s not advisable for those with very young children or old people with mobility issues to stay here.
