We chose this hotel for its convenient location, as we had an early morning train departure from Harbin West Station the following day. The hotel is directly across from the station, just an 8-10 minute walk away. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and offered a fantastic street view, especially beautiful at night.
MMikeLimMyYabuli Yabuluoni Business Hall is located in the heart of the Yabuli Ski Resort surrounded by dense coniferous forests. The moment you push open the hotel’s heavy wooden door, you’re struck by a dramatic contrast: outside, temperatures can plunge to minus 20 degrees Celsius, while inside, the space is warmly heated and filled with the soft, comforting tones of wood. This sharp contrast creates a deep sense of “safety” that many travelers find especially reassuring in extreme winter destinations.
The location is highly convenient. Numerous restaurants and entertainment facilities are nearby, making it easy to dine out or explore without long travel times. I was particularly drawn to the hotel’s Russian-style architecture—its pointed roofs, wooden structures, and strong geometric lines. These elements are not just decorative; they are practical designs shaped by the realities of heavy snowfall in high-latitude regions.
Heating at the hotel is excellent. Even in the depths of winter, it’s comfortable enough to wear short sleeves indoors while watching snowflakes drift past the window. The rooms are relatively spacious. While some of the furnishings show signs of age, they are well maintained and add a certain sense of character rather than detracting from the experience.
The staff are friendly and welcoming, always willing to help and provide information when needed. Their warmth and attentiveness contribute greatly to the overall comfort of the stay.
Overall, Yabuli Yabuluoni Business Hotel offers a cozy, reliable retreat amid the harsh winter climate, blending practicality, atmosphere, and genuine hospitality—an excellent choice for travelers visiting the Yabuli ski area.
DDicky OngThe location is excellent and is about just 100m from where the bus stops. It is situated within the central street where all the actions are. The room was clean but basic. The view from the wndow of our room was simply gorgeous - picturesque snow mushrooms. Staff were very polite and helpful. The young man at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He suggested what activities worth doing, and made all the necessary arrangements for us - transport, tickets and etc.. At his suggestion, we therefore visited Datudingz Mountain and Snow Valley - the two must visit places when staying in Snow Town. He also helped with the arrangement of our transportation to Harbin, our next stop.
Coming to the not so good, we paid a 5 star price for a 2-star homestay type accommodation. While this is understandable, as the hotels here operate at most five months of twelve, during winter only, the amenities provided could be better and be better maintained. There was a foul strench from our toilet throughout our stay. Accessories were loosely secured due to wear and tear but should not be the excuse of leaving them.unrepaired. Disposal towels rather than proper towels were provided. These were thin and insufficient at drying the whole body. Also, there was only one piece provided per person for a two night stay, so no daily fresh towels. That said, I guess that most or all of the motels in Snow Town are of that state. Hopefully, this review will encourage some improvement.

I just wanted to take a moment to share my incredible experience at Snow Mushroom Hotel. Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, but what truly made this trip unforgettable was the amazing support from the hotel staff.
From the very beginning, they arranged all our travel needs, including car rentals and a wonderful driver who also acted as our guide. Wang Jingyu was our primary contact at the hotel, and his excellent communication skills in English made everything even smoother. They also accommodated my food preferences, which added a personal touch to our experience. Their attention to detail and personalized service made our family vacation one of the best we've ever had.
We’re filled with beautiful moments and cherished memories thanks to the care, support, and guidance provided by the team here. You all showed remarkable patience and kindness towards my family and me, making our stay truly special.
I highly recommend anyone planning to travel to Harbin to contact Snow Mushroom Hotel for all your travel arrangements, not only in Snow Town but also in Harbin, Yabuli, and other places in the region. They can help with booking attraction tickets and any other necessary arrangements.
Thank you so much for everything! We hope to visit again in the future and meet all of you once more.
NNasih AliBy the first glance of the hotel when we reached, it was really what we wanted. A rustic looking place isolated quiet. Perfect for a getaway relax vacation from the city life. The owners and the staff in this place is very friendly and helpful and wanted to make our stay as pleasant as possible. There is some entertainment like KTV in the hotel. The only thing that was difficult was the food and traveling around situation here. The breakfast in the hotel is very limited to Chinese food. I suggest some bread and butter at least for foreign guests. Since it’s isolated there is no way to eat for someone who doesn’t travel without a vehicle. The city is quiet and beautiful perfect for someone to getaway.
