My stay was very pleasant. Shirley, from the front desk, was very kind and helped me arranging transportation to the train station and also some food. Thank you for your outstanding service!
For some of the weekend, I took a train from Xi’an to Kaifeng. This weekend, a cold front came in. It didn’t matter because the Gulou night market had everything I needed to adjust. I found some hidden spots (like Bayu Morning Rikaye Alcohol, Lecker’s Leban German Restaurant, and Jieyou Grocery Little Bar) while exploring. The Millenium Park, Gulou Market, and Wansui Shan Wuxia City are very close. The hotel property is great for walking, and the room was really comfortable. Front desk was easy to communicate with despite the language barrier, and everything very efficient. There is a nice gym and pool, but I was out exploring. There is also a shuttle which can take you to a couple of spots nearby. This property is good for conventions or families, but I was fine as a solo traveler. Food good.
Good located hotel in Luoyang. no iron available can't iron my wrinkly clothes! no washing machine and dryers to clean clothes during summer time. the bed is good. a little noisy when the room corridor filled with users. the sink and floor trap always smell of gunks when used. entrance of hotel is actually accesing from pedestrian street. need to carry heavy bag from the drop off didi to the hotel. very far. not comfortable. other than I had a good time staying in the hotel.
Kkassim dakhStaying at this hotel feels like stepping into Ancient China, surrounded by traditional architecture and a vibrant local atmosphere. The location is absolutely perfect—right in the heart of the action, with lively streets, cultural sights, and great food just steps away.
The rooms are impressively clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, giving a sense of peace and charm that makes the whole experience even more memorable. You truly feel transported to another era.
The staff are warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout the stay. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: cars can’t reach the hotel directly, so if you're traveling with a lot of luggage or with family, the walk might be a bit of a challenge. Also, losing the room key comes with a 50 RMB replacement fee.
Overall, a wonderful and unique experience—I’d absolutely recommend it for anyone wanting to soak in the beauty and spirit of old China while enjoying modern comfort.
ゲゲストI love them. The staff always reply my question anytime I have. I asked them question through Trip.com message and they replied simultaneously. I was there when the park closed because of the wind storm. They were patient and gave me information. I was also got the room upgrade, since they think it would be safer and more convenient for me. The room was spacious. Location is perfect, the shuttle bus station is just a in front of the hotel. I cannot speak Chinese but we conversed smoothly with Trip.com message (The platform is even better than WeChat for my opinion)
ゲゲストSuper close to park entrance and restaurants. Excellent room with easy to connect (bring hdmi cable) projector to watch a movie. Lots of free bottled water and friendly staff. The bathroom facilities could use a bit of tender love and care. The bath is amazing but super hot and the bathrooms are just lacking last finishing touch. Breakfast was not our style; corn vegetabel soup. The bed is amazing, not too hard like many Chinese. Also, our room was actually smoke free, contrary to many other “non smoking” rooms. Excellent stay! Picture is view from our room. We were on the top floor, room with large tub.
MMIKEY OPleasant stay at hotel which was within walking distance to the park bus Pick-up area. Lots of restaurants nearby.
Breakfast was more Chinese but certainly room for improvement.
One word of advice for those intending to use the massage services at the hotel ; beware as although paid for an hour, masseuse stopped exactly after 45 mins saying her time is up! Poor massage too!
