Luneng Swissotel Villa は今回の長白山旅行で最も正しい決断でした。特に子供たちと出かけたとき、東北地方で雪を見るのは初めてでした。 別荘から出ると、部屋のバルコニーがとても広くて、きれいな雪が積もっていました。 、毎朝バルコニーから美しい雪景色が見えました。タクシーの呼び出しはタイムリーに来て、オンラインで言及されていた30分の待ち時間はありませんでした。含まれている特典はかなり充実しており、特に温泉は実際に雪の中の露天風呂が含まれています。チェックインのときは少し不愉快でした。延吉から車をチャーターして1,300を支払いましたが、2時半に到着したのですが、3時までチェックインできないと言われました。これは正常です。しかし、私は部屋の掃除が不十分だと言い続けました。私たちは半日後に別荘に行くことを許可されました。私たちより遅く到着した人たちは私たちより早くチェックインしました。

YYipinxianyangroufen房型很好，王經理服務非常熱情周到。這家酒店整體體驗非常好，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，讓我睡得很安心。辦理入住和退房都很高效。酒店位置便利，周邊餐飲和交通都很方便。有高鐵接站服務，早餐種類豐富，味道也不錯。整體性價比很高，下次來還會選擇這裏。

ゲゲストWhat a trip! The rooms are MASSIVE. It's essentially a full apartment. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds are extra extra large so perfect for families.
For Western travellers, you may find the bed a bit hard. We were perfectly happy with it though.
I personally will recommend Holiday Inn at the resort for those with kids. It's right next to the beginner tracks and that hotel hosts all the children activities and kids club. Though I don't know what the room is like. More from a location perspective.
Wanda Jin Suites has 2 buildings. Best to get the 1st building as much closer to the beginner tracks and the service centre to rent ski gears. We were in the 2nd building.
I will say from a location perspective, it was inconvenient for us as once you have snow boots on, it's a trek to carry your ski gears back and forth. There are lockers to put your ski gears in so we'll utilise that more next time. You do need WeChat though and if you don't have a local number, it gets difficult. If you're from Australia, just lose the 0 and add 18 at the front of your mobile number and that will get you through. But best to just get a local SIM to save you the hassle.
But from a food perspective, they're right outside the building and short walk to the hot springs and the water park which is all included in the hotel fees. Including ski pass and going to the snow playground. At the snow playground, there's snowmobiles for kids to ride on amongst a lot of other activities. But that's extra money. Again, need WeChat.
The hotel concierge when you check in will add you into their WeChat and you can ask them questions and they'll help you. Very convenient.
It's an amazing place to come with kids. Water park is insane there and my son had a blast. The hot spring was also an amazing experience. Though very cold to get in and out of the hot springs at -20C.
There are other activities outside the resort which hotel concierge will help you arrange. They can also shuttle you to the nearby village for more authentic food if you don't want to eat inside the resort.
Beaware that the pharmacy at the resort does not have any ibuprofen or paracetemol.
Strongly advise you get WeChat. You can book pretty much all the activities through their WeChat mini app. Including ski coaches. There are rogue ski coaches coming up to you to get business so beware. We almost got on a shuttle with a rogue coach that were gonna take us elsewhere and weren't even letting adults come (it was for the kids) and a hotel staff came up and essentially stopped them and forced them to give back the deposit. Book your coaches early. They book out quick. Particularly snowboarding.
We also booked an igloo making class for our son and he had an amazing time. Though it's all in Mandarin of course. They have half day and full day camps for kids so parents can drop off and chill for the day.
The staff here can barely speak English so bring your AI translator with you. We had less of a problem since I can speak Chinese but my husband often got stuck and needed me or even my son to help navigate around.
Make sure you go back to the counter after returning your ski gear at the end of your stay to get your deposit back.
We had an amazing time and would consider coming back.

ゲゲストホテルはとても良く、部屋はとても広く、衛生状態もとても良いです。滞在にとても満足しています。ホテルには送迎サービスがあることをお知らせしておきます。送迎ドライバーはとても親切です。素敵です。無料の送迎を提供してくれます。景色の良い場所に行き、シェフの皆さんと一緒に食事をします。車で送迎してもらいました。とても美味しかったです。出発前にシェフが私に食べ物をくれました。小さな贈り物です。とても心温まるものでした。長白山の人々の温かさとおもてなしを本当に感じました。雪祥よりずっと良かったです。雪祥は本当に素晴らしかったです。詐欺です。また時々長白山に来ます。未来。

匿匿名ユーザーCame back to this hotel again after 2 years. Very clean, comfy and just located in front of 1 of the ski track. Hotel staffs were friendly and provided good service. Hotel was equipped with washing machines & dryers which provided alot of convenience for us. The buffet breakfast was good as well. Although there is a distance to the center of the Resort & main ski center, but there were shuttle buses available every half an hour to fetch us to and fro. Highly recommended as the price is reasonable among the rest and value added is the hotel provided free ski experience & hotspring. We will definitely come back again.

ゲゲスト今回の長白山女子家族旅行は3泊で、長白山の方向が見える部屋を特別に手配し、ホテルの5つ星のおもてなしと雪の温泉を楽しみました。ホテルに戻ったサービススタッフはとても親切で、手配してくれて、おいしいアフタヌーンティー、デザート、スナック、果物、フルーツプレートなどをくれました。4月2日の朝出発する前に、スタッフは親切でした。丁寧に用意してくれたサンドイッチ4個、フルーツ2箱、フライドポテト1箱🍟 この心遣いにとても感動し、友人にも勧める価値があります。長白山北地区風景区の中心部まで徒歩わずか数分の絶好のロケーションにあります。

ゲゲスト清明節算淡季，萬達度假區裏保留了四家酒店運行。
從下訂單開始，早早有工作人員聯繫並加微信。入住順利，雖然客人不多，公區依然温暖舒適。房間寬敞，打掃的乾淨，裝修已經有歲月痕跡，好在維護得不錯。
兩天晚餐都在酒店餐廳，幾乎沒有人，但服務員和廚師還是盡力滿足了我們的需求。總體來説，菜品精緻，份量不大，符合星級酒店水準。
節後的客人更少，早餐改用了更精緻的點餐，非常不錯。

ゲゲスト酒店就在如圖長白山山門裡麪
選這個酒店的唯一原因就是可以幫忙訂票，而且離長白山入口近（但我沒想到能這麼近，估計100米不到吧，感覺走兩步路就能看見這個尖頂檢票口了）
往外出去別的景點確實有點不太方便，但是我們主要是為了上天池所以也還好。
房間環境比我想象的好，蠻乾淨的，和北坡藍景風格差不多
而且前台服務都很熱情，尤其是一個帶圓眼睛的姐姐真的儘可能在滿足我們的需求，我們沒帶暖寶寶，小店沒找到，還特意幫我們找同事找。

YYouschMy fiancé and I stayed here this weekend to celebrate our engagement.
We arrived at CGIG Nanshan Hotel feeling stressed and drained, but we have left feeling reenergized and joyful.
The food was a delicious combination of Western and Chinese to suit all guests' tastes.
The architecture was stunning; it felt like we were staying at a castle in France. Size was not the only impressive feature though. Every corner of the building was cleaned thoroughly at all times.
The staff were all kind, attentive and treated us like royalty. When there was one small delay, they made an effort to resolve the issue quickly and gave us very nice gifts as a goodwill gesture.
We definitely recommend your hotel to anyone who visits Changchun.

MMatt DurrheimFor the price it's amazing. We went for the ski slopes and got to try them all in 5 days. Breakfast included was adequate. 15 minutes from Wanda and 30 minutes from luneng. If you're going to share a room and ski at Wanda every day, it would be worth staying at the slopes, otherwise stay here.

BBaisexiaohuli家族旅行の計画があるなら、個人的には天宇大酒店に来ることをお勧めします.5つ星のホテル構造と3つ星の美しい価格で世界中からのゲストを歓迎します.200未満です元、大3つと小1つでいっぱいになります。非常に良いパッケージで、松と白樺の森を無料で訪れるための私有の木板道路（昔の伐採板道路に建てられました）だけでなく、温泉もあり、ATVはオフです-道路自動運転、電源のない遊び場、ホテルの観光列車、オフロード自転車など。お年寄りや子供たちが住んでいます。彼らは皆とても幸せです〜景色は美しく、価格は美しく、人は少なく、サービスは優れています良かったです。個人的にはここに数日間滞在する価値があると感じています。私たち家族はここに 3 日間滞在し、とても楽しい休暇を過ごしました～雪が降るまで滞在しました、また会いましょう、スノーモービルの予約をしましょう～
