「ホテルは幹線道路沿いにあり、車での旅行者には非常に便利です。すぐ外にはガソリンスタンド、スーパーマーケット、レストランなどがあります。ただ、チェックイン直前にメールで予約キャンセルの連絡がありましたが、幸いにもCtrip（シートリップ）を通じて連絡を取ることができ、無事に宿泊できました。ホテルの環境はなかなか良く、夜には星が見えます。部屋の設備は平均的ですが、必要なものはすべて揃っており、宿泊にそれほどこだわりがないレンタカー利用者なら許容範囲だと思います。」

「とても気に入ったので、また来ます！今回は急な予約でしたが、たまたま空きがあってラッキーでした。湖畔にはたくさんのウサギやアヒルがいて、子供たちも大喜びでした。温泉のすぐ近くに位置していますが、温泉自体はごく普通でした。」

「This was our favourite accommodation on our family trip from Christchurch to Wellington.  We had spent the first few days in hotels and the change to a self contained 2 bedroom unit for us and the kids was a welcome relief. We were so impressed with the Settlers and we wouldn’t hesitate to return or to recommend it to friends. Brett and Sue have clearly out a lot of thought and effort into the facilities and the experience. The units were immaculately clean, with nice bedding and furniture. Well stocked kitchen and thoughtful additions like the laundry and towels you could take to the water park. On top of that we were always made to few very welcome. Thanks for a wonderful time」
