「We had a bit of a disappointing experience at the Jiatu Scenic Hotel. The room listing states ‘lake view’ so we booked that room, however, it turns out that this room does not face the lake and has an internal car par window instead. The listing photos conveniently have the net curtains of the windows drawn so you can’t see this from the inside photos. The receptionist insisted the Trip.com listing was accurate because the hotel was near the lake and therefore a ‘lake view’. They would not change us to a room with the lake view that we believed we booked, despite having multiple lake-view rooms available and us checking in at 10.30pm. They insisted the only way we could change the room was to cancel our booking (and incur a 50% cancellation fee) and rebook the more expensive ‘sea-view’ room instead. We contacted Trip.com who spoke to the hotel also but they were unwilling to help or move us, despite the room not matching the listing description. Trip themselves were very helpful and offered us some compensation. In the end we stayed in the room we’d booked with no lake view. The room itself was lovely and spacious, had storage options and was clean and tidy. If we’d booked knowing this didn’t have a lake view then it would have been perfect! The location is near the station which is great if you’re there for one night, however we were there for 2 nights and had to travel 40 minutes to get to Dali Old Town or the 28 bends ecological corridor, so personally if I were to come to Dali again I would choose a hotel in that location instead. It is worth noting that the hotel is across the road from the lake, so you can see cars and the road even in the lakeside view rooms.」

「酒店的位置，特別好找，地下車庫可以停車，酒店設施設備齊全，配置齊全，房價經濟實惠，還提供早餐，早餐菜品豐富。酒店出去就是青華湖，散步也方便，房間環境也乾淨整潔，店裡服務的工作人員態度很好，熱情周到，特別是前台一位小姐姐一直笑眯眯的，看見她就像回家一樣温暖，整體體驗非常棒，還會再次光顧，也會推薦給其它人！」

「客服很好，我讓他預留了的房間，挺滿意，房間內採光也不錯！靠海的位置果然不一樣，打開窗簾整個房間都照得亮亮堂堂的，光照在地板上，看着就乾淨清爽。配色也不錯，墨綠沙發配暖橙床毯，再加上傢俱小桌子，一點不土，反而温温柔柔的，看着就放鬆。細節也還好，到位！床底帶氛圍燈，晚上開着超有氛圍感；墨綠色的小沙發還有一個小凳子可以移動，搬到窗子，看風景、發發呆。都很舒服，整體看着又寬敞又乾淨，沒有那種廉價酒店的侷促感，住起來很舒服，就在門口看走廊都清清爽爽」

「場所は橋の真向かいでしたが、海の景色は海の景色ではありません。ブロックされているため、説明は誤解を招く可能性があります。ダリは小さくありません。それは本当に大きく、異なる場所に行くには50-1hrかかります。場所はほとんどの場所の真ん中にあります」

「😄跟朋友過來旅遊，在綠道邊逛逛找到了這家剛開業不久的民宿，前面就是滇池，又位於別墅區，安靜不嘈雜。有的還帶獨立小院，種着花草🌿還有休閑搖椅。古樸安靜，院子拍照很出片又文藝又温馨。住在這裏，能真切感受到那種“讓時空慢下來”的愜意。 房間裏寬敞明亮，大落地窗採光和視野都很好。床品柔軟舒適，淋浴水温水壓都很給力。很多民宿還配備了智能馬桶、感應夜燈等設施，住起來很方便。 非常推薦大家來感受一下！👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻」

「During our stay, we encountered some unexpected issues with the hotel's management. The hotel, comprising two separate commercial buildings, is managed by a couple. Unfortunately, our experience with the female manager was not satisfactory. We felt she was not attentive to details and somewhat unhelpful. A notable issue arose when we were inadvertently locked out of our room after the first night, due to a misunderstanding about our booking duration. The manager had set the access card for only one night, without properly checking the reservation system. In contrast, her partner was more helpful and accommodating. Despite these issues, we appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the stunning view of Kunming's landscape.」
