5月3日の夜にチェックインしたところ、バトラーがスイートにアップグレードしてくださり、嬉しいサプライズでした。ゲストハウスのオーナーはとても親切で、翌日にはヴィラ全体を案内してくれました。どの部屋も快適な家具が備え付けられていました。バトラーは本当に親切で、3日の夜には夫を高速鉄道駅まで迎えに来てくれました。その後、4日に外出から戻った際、山道がどれほど暗いかを実感しました。素敵なバトラーには本当に感謝しています。 ゲストハウスは素晴らしい自然環境に囲まれています。入り口の花や木々、小さな庭に植えられた様々な野菜や果物は、オーナーの愛情のこもった造りを物語っています。ゲストハウスは現在改装工事中で、娘は特に隣接する星空観賞室のバーベキューエリアを楽しみにしています。全体的にとても快適な滞在で、ぜひまた訪れたいと思いました。

今回の旅行では、宿泊したホテルにとても満足しています。オーナーのお姉さんと弟さんが終始とても親切でした。ホテルを予約する前に、駐車場のことなどを電話で問い合わせたのですが、お姉さんはいつも熱心に丁寧に答えてくれました。オンラインで予約した後、WeChatで連絡を取り、事前に周辺の美味しいお店や観光スポットの攻略情報を教えてくれました。チェックイン後、お兄さんはとても親切で、地図をくれて、2日間の観光ルートを異なる色のペンでマークしてくれました。どの観光スポットに先に行くべきか、次にどこに行くべきかなどもアドバイスしてくれました。部屋も私の好きなスタイルで、清掃も行き届いていました。窓際に小さなティーテーブルがあり、時間があればのんびりお茶を飲むこともできますが、今回は日程がタイトだったので、次回機会があればゆっくりと観光し、お姉さんの家のベリーティーを味わいたいです。

China has been great so far for all hotels we have stayed in. However, staying at Star Field has been the best experience we have had, anywhere in the world. The staff are so fun, kind, helpful and knowledgeable, they make effort to get to know you, give you local advice on food and drinks. Sasha (pictured with my friend and I, is a very amazing person, we were very fortunate to meet her), Ling and Jackson - are the best hotel hosts you’ll ever have the pleasure of meeting. The rooms are amazing, clean, technologically advanced and very comfortable. Book your stay here immediately!! The location is perfect for the national park close by and is 500m walking distance from shops, food etc 100/5 STARS

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved my stay! The hotel is brand new, so everything feels fresh and spotlessly clean – from the lobby to the rooms. One of the best perks was the complimentary shuttle service right to the national park entrance; it made my daily adventures so easy and stress‑free. In the evenings, I enjoyed the peaceful stream just behind the hotel – there’s a lovely pebbly area by the water where I had dinner outdoors. It was magical to eat with the sound of running water and fresh air. Perfect for nature lovers who appreciate comfort and convenience. Highly recommend!

このホテルは地下鉄駅にとても近く、本当におすすめです！地下鉄北園橋駅の入り口のすぐ隣、武義路歩行者街まで地下鉄で1駅です。地下鉄はすぐ下の階にあり、朝宗街まで400メートルほど歩いて行けます。部屋の低反発枕はとても心地よく、一晩中ぐっすり眠ることができました。お部屋は最高です！ボディウォッシュとコンディショナーのほのかな爽やかな香りも気に入っています。 フロントの女性スタッフには感謝しかありません。とても親切で、お出かけのアドバイスもしてくれました。荷物も預かってくれます。旅行から帰ってきてフロントで休んでいたところ、美味しいフルーツティーまで出してくれました！本当におすすめです！

If you’re looking for an English review, here it is! Location: We stayed for 6 nights in the Jade Room, and the location couldn’t be better. The hotel is only a short 3-minute walk from Huangxing Pedestrian Street, tucked inside a small alley off the main road. While taxis can’t drop you right at the entrance, the walk is easy and luggage-friendly. The surroundings are quiet at night but still feel very safe. There’s also a nearby corner shop that holds Taobao parcels, which is super convenient, and the reception staff will guide you if needed. Service: The service was genuinely outstanding and truly made the stay feel like a home away from home. Communication was clear, warm, and responsive from the beginning. We confirmed our booking via WeChat and received prompt replies along with helpful directions and a clear map. We arrived past midnight, but the staff kept in touch and reassured us that someone would meet us on arrival. A friendly young gentleman greeted us with a big smile, brought us to our room, and followed up with the passcodes for Wi-Fi and door access (the lobby area locks after 10pm). Most evenings, they sent a message about homemade desserts available on a first-come-first-serve basis—such a thoughtful touch. They were also extremely helpful when I needed to order food through *******, letting me use the front desk number since I didn’t have a local phone. I was also able to receive Taobao parcels at the hotel, and the staff neatly gathered them for easy pick-up. Truly attentive and heartfelt service throughout. Cleanliness & Room: The room had basic amenities and toiletries, which were sufficient for a comfortable stay. However, we couldn’t find a safe or mini fridge— not a deal breaker, but something to note if you’re expecting those features. The cleaning team was polite and checked in daily to see if we needed housekeeping. Fresh towels and bottled water were consistently provided, which we appreciated. Still, the overall cleaning could have been more thorough. We noticed crumbs and hair on the floor, suggesting that sweeping or vacuuming wasn’t done completely, and there were some shoe marks left in the bathroom. Not major issues, but worth mentioning. とても綺麗で広い部屋で、バルコニーからの眺めも綺麗でした。駅からスムーズにピックアップしてもらえ、スーツケースも運んでもらえたので助かりました。洗濯乾燥機が使えたのもありがたかったです。シャンプーなどのアメニティの香りがとてもよく、シャワー室に仕切りがあったのでリラックスしてシャワーを浴びれました。
