Amazing place. It’s really one of the most remarkable places in China.
This place was so unusual and meditative, it took around three months ruminating on and about my feelings. I tried to grasp the ambiance mentally, to perceive the greatness of this place. And I would never be my previous self. You’ll see as many pillar shaped rocks on uour journey through this forest park, as you’ve never seen before. Don’t rush, embrace it, think about its greatness.
The Zhangjiajie Park is amazing, so much to see. They do a great job of moving people around using shuttle busses so you can see a lot of the park in a day. It gets quite busy in some areas but they have extra walkways to try to keep things flowing. The cable car ride down from the mountain top is incredible, worth the ride to the top.
I LOVED every second of visiting this park. I would highly recommend it. Go when it is not during a holiday, otherwise it will be too busy.MY METHOD FOR THE LANGUAGE BARRIER:I got a map before going to the park and took pictures of every stop I wanted to go to and whenever I got on a bus I just showed them the picture of the next stop. It went all smoothly.I really hope it works for you too.Enjoy the breathtakingly views.
Zhangjiajie is well worrh a visit! stunning views and nice hiking trails for those who want to a walk through nature. There are also plenty of ways for the lazier traveler to enjoy the views as well with the Baolong Elevator and plenty of shuttle buses to and from the major areas. Thoroughly enjoyed! Just watch out for pesky monkeys!
Can view natural beauty combination of mountain and forests. The mountains are really unique and reaching top of the mountain is not easy so far. The weather is unpredictable. Visitors need to bring warm clothes, raincoat and if you want to take good picture in the up of the mountain must bring good camera. Foods are not a problem but a bit expensive inside the park.
