Arrivata nel pomeriggio dopo aver telefonato 20 Min prima del mio arrivo,mi avevano detto che c'era il.parcheggio gratuito mamin realtà è una sorta di giardinetto adatta a una smart (c erano altre due vetture parcheggiate),quindi ho pagato il.parcheggio dovendo per di più scaricare sotto la copiosa pioggia l'app per parcheggiare. Ho dovuto richiamare la struttura per farmi aprire nonostante avessi già avvisato. La ragazza alla reception empatia non so dove sia sembrava anche infastidita. Arrivando in struttura ho scoperto che non c' era la colazione. Pulizia moooolto approssimativa, asse del water da prendere mira ed equilibrio per non scivolare via. Avevo prenotato anche per Novembre ma ho subito cancellato e riprenotato altrove. Struttura bella ma gestita molto superficialmente

私は2024年7月に2人の子供(初級および10代)と一緒に3泊しました。ホテル-ホテルは完璧な場所にあり、ほとんどのアトラクションまで歩いて行くことができ、水上バスの停留所の近くにあります。ホテルは美しくエレガントです。部屋は広としていて、毎日新鮮なタオルとトイレタリーが備わっています。シャワーは小さい側にありましたが、私たちにとっては大丈夫でした。夕方には部屋のスマートテレビに最適でした。私たちは中庭の上に滞在しましたが、これほど騒がしくなく、寝るのに問題はありませんでした。朝食が含まれており、コーヒー、ペストリーなどを備えた素敵な伝統的な朝食でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで親しみやすかったです。街をナビゲートする方法について良いアドバイスをし、到着時に与えられた地図は本当に役に立ちました!夕方、私たちはプライベートドックに座ってボートが通り過ぎるのを見ました。とても平和でした。リアルト橋、セントマークなどのすべての主要な観光スポットまで徒歩圏内にあるホテル。ベネチアを訪れるなら、ここに滞在することをお勧めします。

Nice place - Excellent location, clean/comfortable rooms, and a good shower. However, the checkout experience was very poor. We returned the keys in the morning and left our bags there for the day as we were flying home late, which was no problem. Later in the evening when at the airport I got an email from the manager claiming we did not return the keys to them and that they would need to change the locks on the room door/front door and get multiple copies of the keys made which would cost 200 EUR. I wrote back immediately explaining that we did return the keys to the lady who was there at checkout. I then checked my bank to discover they had already pre-charged the 200 EUR out of my account!! The next day the manager emailed me apologising and said that they had found the keys in the end. When I replied he said the payment had already been cancelled and to contact my bank. The problem is at the time of writing that 200 EUR is still ‘pending’ in my back and cannot be accessed 4 days later. This was their mistake, and they should be a lot more diligent in these kinds of situations before charging people such a large sum of money. This has left a bad taste one what was otherwise an enjoyable stay, and a stressful end to our visit to Venice.
