全体的に良かったです。海沿いで景色も良く、フロントには英語がそこそこ話せる女性がいますが、残りは基本的にマレー語で話します。私には理解できません。桟橋へのボート送迎は400MYRです。桟橋の場所を必ず確認してください。これは非常に重要です。ホテルは海の上に建てられており、魚と海はとても美しく、干潮時にはウニなどを拾って遊ぶことができます。それでもとても面白いですが、湿度が高く、水は冷たいです。扇風機付きの部屋があります。エアコン付きの部屋の方が良いかどうかはわかりません。3食の食事と午後のデザートが提供されました。本当にお得です。ロブスターと魚を追加で注文しました。値段も手頃で味も美味しいです。島は現金での支払いが可能で、WeChat決済やAli決済はありません。誰もが現金を持参するようにしています。中国人はまだかなり多いです（笑）。最後の写真は桟橋の写真です。

We had a wonderful stay at Kudat Seaside Homestay. The bungalow is spacious, clean, and features a unique setup with beautifully selected fixtures. The staff were very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. We especially loved the privacy and the huge dining and relaxing areas, which were perfect for family bonding. Being so close to the beach allowed us to enjoy the sea breeze, stunning views, and breathtaking sunsets in the  evening. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and highly recommended for a peaceful seaside getaway. 🌅

チェックイン後、センポルナ桟橋への無料シャトルバスがあります。島を含めてセンポルナに数日間滞在した後、この邸宅には最も多くの中国人スタッフがおり、いつでも質問に答えてくれます。また、邸宅の東南アジアのトロピカルガーデンはとても美しく、2日間邸宅内でセルフィーを撮ることができます。何もしないで、外の町のホテルよりも10,000倍良いです。次回は、グループで遊びに来て、食事をするのがとても良いです。庭がますます良くなることを願っています。

We chose Opine Villas as we wanted a more spacious place for our three nights at Semporna. We wanted to ensure we got well-rested before each coming day that was full of activities. We’re glad the villas were beautifully maintained and our every need was attended to. Highly recommended for couples and families!

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

利点は、環境が良く、大きな一戸建ての別荘で、各建物にはプールがあり、海のすぐそばにあり、人が少なく、ウェイターは熱心です。しかし、まだ多くの衛生的なコーナーがあり、施設は古く、蚊が多く、朝食は作りたてですが、選択肢は少なく、美味しくなく、場所は離れており、スーパーマーケットやレストランはありません。町に行って30分食べて運転してください。キッチンはとても広く、台所用品はとても充実しています。数家族で一緒に旅行してここに住んでいるなら、本当にいいです

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was clean, the location is great with a nice peaceful vibe, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were well maintained and everything felt comfortable. Definitely a good place to relax and unwind. Would come again!

Although the house is spacious, with many rooms and a convenient location near the airport, it is quite old. If you prefer a more modern living environment and want to avoid issues like contacting the owner to fix pipes or dealing with dripping sinks while brushing your teeth, this may not be the right place for you.
