全体的に良かったです。海沿いで景色も良く、フロントには英語がそこそこ話せる女性がいますが、残りは基本的にマレー語で話します。私には理解できません。桟橋へのボート送迎は400MYRです。桟橋の場所を必ず確認してください。これは非常に重要です。ホテルは海の上に建てられており、魚と海はとても美しく、干潮時にはウニなどを拾って遊ぶことができます。それでもとても面白いですが、湿度が高く、水は冷たいです。扇風機付きの部屋があります。エアコン付きの部屋の方が良いかどうかはわかりません。3食の食事と午後のデザートが提供されました。本当にお得です。ロブスターと魚を追加で注文しました。値段も手頃で味も美味しいです。島は現金での支払いが可能で、WeChat決済やAli決済はありません。誰もが現金を持参するようにしています。中国人はまだかなり多いです（笑）。最後の写真は桟橋の写真です。

We had a perfect time at Eaglebay Retreat. It’s truly an undisturbed paradise. You have an entire house and hundreds of meters of coastline all to yourself. Every morning, you can wake up in the sunshine and decide whether to go snorkeling or just relax in the sun—you have the choice. The sunsets were always perfect, and experiencing them on a paddleboard is far better than being in a crowded place like KK. At the same time, the retreat offers a wide range of activities that are both rich and reasonably priced—paddleboarding, jet skiing, kayaking, and more, so you’ll never feel bored. During our stay, Arlyn and h is family provided us with everything we needed: they inflated our paddleboards, helped us arrange sea activities, climbed trees to pick coconuts for us, and prepared delicious meals. Whenever we needed them, they were always available, without intruding on our privacy. Their presence was always perfectly balanced. I would also like to thank Faizal, who did a lot of work before our arrival, and Jamri, the kind lady who helped us recover our lost Apple Pencil during our stay. She assisted in finding it, came up with several ways to return it (considering Eaglebay Retreat’s remote location), and finally delivered it to my friend personally, asking for nothing in return. Your kindness will be remembered. Yes, I think we would definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will visit Eaglebay again in the future.

空港からホテルまでは約50分、館内どこでも綺麗な写真が撮りやすいのでここに泊まるのがオススメです🤗 ボスが撮っているのがわかります。面倒です👍そして中国人の執事がいるのでタオトン語も問題ありません👌朝食も豊富ですが、毎朝ツバメの巣を注文します🥰午後海に行った後はツバメの巣のココナッツプリンを注文します🍮😋😋夕食は海鮮市場に行って魚介類を買ってきて、お屋敷に加工してもらいます。料理も美味しいです。私たちは午前中にアイランドホッピングに行きましたが、邸宅が私たちを桟橋まで車で送ってくれました。約10分かかりました。とても良いと思います。ウェイターはとても親切です👍部屋はすべて木造の一戸建てです。 、清潔で整頓されています。次回もここに滞在します。あと数日、レジャーと休暇を過ごします⛱️

このホテルが中国人客を第一に考えていることは、サービスとアメニティが主に中国語で提供されていることからも明らかです。予約サイトのホテル概要にもこの点は明記されるべきです。ヴィラ自体は手入れが行き届いており、広々としており、必要なものはすべて揃っています。ベッドとリネンは上質で、バスアメニティも快適、バスルームはモダンで清潔です。エアコンは静かですが、室外機はかなりの騒音です。外観と庭園は美しく清潔です。 朝食ビュッフェは期待外れで、冷たい料理とコーヒーは電子レンジで温める必要があり（全て中国語で）、これもまた大きな不便でした。しかし、料理の種類と質は良く、美味しかったです。スタッフはコーヒーと料理の不足に無関心なようで、私たちの様子を見に来た女性も、頼んだ時しかコーヒーを持ってきてくれませんでした。全体的には満足のいく滞在でしたが、ホスピタリティとゲストサービスは間違いなく改善が必要です。上記の点を考えると、この宿泊施設は高すぎます。

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The view of Mount Kinabalu was absolutely breathtaking, especially in the morning. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Everything was well prepared, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

A charming place with cozy surroundings. You can walk around the area, and there are also benches and tables to spend time in nature. Rooms can be chilly after sunset, but there is a warm blanket on the bed. Very nice staff, they helped me buy a bus ticket and helped to find a taxi driver

Although the house is spacious, with many rooms and a convenient location near the airport, it is quite old. If you prefer a more modern living environment and want to avoid issues like contacting the owner to fix pipes or dealing with dripping sinks while brushing your teeth, this may not be the right place for you.
