プエルト・デル・カルメンのアパートメントホテル

This hotel is in a great location and fitted the brief for a girl's holiday. Clean, friendly staff and modern. It is a very chilled vibe and the pool however is super quiet and they are strict and don't allow personal speakers. The rooms are cleaned every other day so if you want clean towels daily you do have to pay a daily charge. WiFi is €2 daily for 2 devices also. Only critical is the shower does flood the bathroom and bath mats are not charged... we found this in all our rooms. I would like to thank Monica who was extremely attentive and got us a shower room on the last day to get showered and changed, overall would defo recommend.

Halfway through our first stay here. What can I say - these apartments/ complex is top drawer. How it comes up as the cheapest option on holiday searches is beyond me. Way underpriced for what you get (hope management aren’t reading lol). We are in a sea view apartment which seems to have been recently renovated. Good points:- Bedroom great, functional and comfy beds. Bathroom great. Smallish but with walk-in shower and more than adequate. Living room/kitchen. Well equipped and very useable. Balcony, sun pretty much all day. Bar/s, literally across the road. Nice atmosphere and reasonably priced for food and drink. Location, no more than 400 yards to every kind of bar and restaurant you could want. Bad points:- Hard to criticise. Possibly cardiac hill at one end but you soon work out that it’s much easier to walk back from the other end. Or you can get a taxi for a small price. Been to Tenerife many times but this is already a go to place for us. Will be booking again.

パノラマでの2回目の滞在から戻ってきたばかりです。 5泊です。 (以前は10)。ここが大好きです!今ではランザローテの家のように感じられ、来年3月に再び予約しました。-スタッフは素敵です -プールバーの食べ物はおいしいです -部屋は素晴らしいです -改装されていないものが私たちの最初の旅行で大きく見逃された天井のファンを持っていることを願っています!-プールエリアはとても寒いです-朝はサンベッドに急いでいません 全体的に、私たちは再び寒さを感じて家に帰りました-パノラマありがとう :D x

Great family apartments, very clean thanks to the lovely ladies who work there and who will also do a full bag of washing for €5. There's no air con but fans are free from reception. Quiet and safe resort within 10 minutes walk of the main *****. There's also a lidl about 15 minutes walk away and only €4 back in a taxi. There are a few smaller supermarkets close by too. A few recommendations for restaurants in puerto del carmen, Sebastyans is an authentic Greek restaurant past lani's. Amazing food, incredible views and reasonably priced, definitely worth a visit. Also Port O Mar opposite the steps to the beach is reasonably priced and the guys are very welcoming and great with the kids. If you want to just stop for a beer then el kioska is in a nice wee spot, and a large beer is only €1.80 Overall Tisalaya are great family apartments in a good location and very clean.

On the whole, it was a really good stay here. The staff were exceptional, so friendly and attentive. The apartment was very good, with comfy beds and a handy kitchenette with fridge freezer etc. The only down side was no frying pan (yes, we are weird as we self cater when we go self catering!), but had a toaster, kettle etc. The resort itself was beautifully maintained, with 3 pools and plenty of sun beds, enough to even satisfy the early hours sunbed bookers (Really?!), the pools were lovely and the pool bar and dining areas were spotless, with reasonable priced food and drink. It is centrally situated to shops and the strip etc, but beware heart attack hill coming back from the strip! For a quiet week away it was a lovely stay, and would be happy to stay there again should the occasion arise. The only down side was the entertainment could be a bit loud and intrusive in the evenings, even with being in Bloque B towards the rear of the resort, so earplugs could be your friend here (mine were).
