very pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING. First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall. Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip. Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again. At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible. I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo. Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

Perfect place, very nice building staff, good security. But these all belong to the apartment, not hotel management. No room service. No changing towels, clean the room, i asked for extra blanket many days but no result. Even though it is clean and big place. If you wAnt to take care of your own staff it is a good place to stay.

We booked and confirmed this hotel via *********** and were provided a room number and code via Whatsapp as they do not have a person for checkin. We arrived at 11pm and when we opened the door, found a naked man hastily wrapping a towel around himself. He apparently was provided the same room number and code by the hotel. We could not contact the hotel or *********** so we did not have anywhere to stay. We later tried to contact both *********** and the hotel to get our money back but the hotel would never answer any calls/emails from either us or ***********. We needed to get our credit card company involved to hold back payment. We later noticed that although the hotel had a decent overall review in ***********, all the good reviews just had a ”10” with no comments and the rest had a ”1” with lots of comments regarding issues - many issues regarding access to the rooms. We understand that sometimes hotels have issues, but the fact that they could not even be contacted during or after to resolve the problems is a non-starter for us. We definitely do not recommend.

The location was great and apartment was super clean and modern, but we stayed for 6 nights and there was not enough soap for washing the dishes / bags for trash / etc. The support team on whatsapp take a long time to reply and I don’t think it’s even a real person replying, more like automated answers that aren’t always helpful.

Pior lugar em que já me hospedei. Empresa nem um pouco preparada para lidar com clientes e muito menos com serviço de acomodações! Meu apartamento estava com uma cortina quebrada e caindo do teto, o ar condicionado não funcionava, a pia estava entupida. Em vez de trocarem o apartamento, mandaram consertar enquanto eu estava lá dentro. O filtro do ar condicionado foi limpo na pia do banheiro depois de sujeira cair em cima da cama. O conserto da cortina também sujou o chão. Sem falar da pia, pois a água do entupimento foi toda jogada no chão. Tive que implorar para mandarem a limpeza (já que não podiam trocar o apartamento) e colocaram fronhas sujas e com cheiro horrível na cama! Quando tentei resolver e conseguir o mínimo (fronhas limpas) me fizeram esperar uma hora e meia e quando precisei sair para um compromisso falaram que não iriam mais me ajudar.

Communication was professional and polite but they were unwillingly to offer a refund or move the dates to a later time as I caught Covid. I get it’s my fault as the cancellation had just past but the slightest flexibility would have been nice and I informed them prior to check in date.

私の人生で最悪の滞在体験! !何も! 3泊中、朝1時30分までに眠れず、通りから音やバーが聞こえました。部屋は通りに配置され、aueバーは法律を遵守せず、内部で他の音を鳴らし、音楽は高く、叫びました - 窓は右に閉じられず、状況は悪化し、音の隔離はひどいです。音が多すぎて、電話で話すのも難しいし、テレビを見ても、したくない(テレビはだめですが、できても、街のバーの音を打ち負かすには大きすぎる音量を街に置いてください)。液体肥料が包装されている場所には水があり、テレビは良くなく、部屋に電話がなく、サブが壊れており、部屋にはかなり強い匂いがします。場所の提案はホテルと異なり、滞在中は朝食やルームクリーニングサービスは含まれていないため、ホテルよりもはるかに安く、これは起こらない。最も重要なことは、夜寝たい場合は絶対にあなたの場所ではありません!私はその場所にショックを受けました、そして、部屋にそのような音がありました、そして、それは決して提供できませんでした!

Só não dou ZERO por que nao possui ZERO estrelas. Pra não ser injusto, quartos bons! Confortáveis, porém, zero tranquilidade para descansar (quartos defronte ao aeroporto). Atendimento ao cliente/hóspede extremamente precário e repugnante. ZERO EMPATIA, em especial atendimento do Gustavo e da Cris (que informou somente o apelido) e se recusaram a me enviar a cópia do contrato de hospedagem e regulamentos de troca que nao foram apresentados no ato do checkin. São duas pessoas que precisam ser seriamente reorientadas em como trabalhar com linha de frente no quesito “qualidade de atendimento”. Demoram a responder e quando respondem, digitam respostas ensaiadas do tipo copia e cola. Você digita um texto enorme explicando determinado problema e nao demonstram um mínimo de preocupação em solucionar tal problema. Fui alocado sem chance de escolha em um quarto defronte ao pátio do aeroporto de Congonhas. Impossível dormir com os níveis em decibéis estrondosos dos aviões. Para trocar de quarto, exigem pagamento de taxas de limpeza, sendo que estávamos há menos de 2 horas no quarto. O atendimento prestado vai totalmente na contra-mão de itens básicos do Código de Defesa do Consumidor. O sistema praticado pelo hotel fere premissas básicas do direito do consumidor. Enfim, super nao recomendo, passe longe pois você estará completamente sozinho e desamparado neste local, dada a tamanha incompetencia da equipe de atendentes para lidar com as situacoes mais básicas possíveis, desde pedir um travesseiro a até uma troca de quarto onde irão querer te enfiar taxas abusivas sem o menor sentido jurídico legal.
