Upon check in at 3pm, the room was having a very strong foul smell hence we request for a change. However they told us to wait till late afternoon then other rooms are available hence we waited. I followup 3times for the availability to exchange room via call, to no avail i went to the lobby at 5:30pm to ask again. A different receptionist attend to me and directly i got the exchange of our room. To my Dissppointment again, the room we next check in, the airconditioner was not cold. We requested again to check the aircond. As my toddler was sweating while just watching tv. However after they check, the aircond only slightly cold. Anyways hope the management of the hotel look into this issue seriously as we are not only booking one room, we took 2room. The room for my mom in law was also same issue on the airconditioner - not cold. Toilet door hinges was loosen. Toilet couldnt flush after the second day. Location wise, walking distance to Sarinah only. Breakfast was acceptable.

Apartemen Springlake adalah tempat yang bagus untuk menginap dalam waktu singkat. Lokasinya hanya perlu ditempuh dengan berjalan kaki sebentar ke Summarecon Mall Bekasi. Kompleks apartemen ini bersih, terawat dengan baik, dan memiliki sistem keamanan yang memadai. Karena unit-unitnya dikelola oleh agen yang berbeda-beda, kualitasnya bisa bervariasi. Unit saya dilengkapi dengan Wi-Fi, Netflix, dan dapur kecil, namun kebersihannya sebenarnya bisa lebih ditingkatkan lagi.

This Grand Valore hotel/ service apartments is a well run operation with a staff that is professional and accommodating. I have stayed here many times during my back and forth itravels in Indonesia. The breakfast is ample and there is a neighboring Holiday Inn connected Next door if you want a change in menu. Two nice malls are 10-15 minutes away with money change establishments. ATMs are seconds away. The rates are extremely reasonable, the pool is great and the gym is adequate. From a business traveler who has stayed at a lot of hotels. This is a smart choice. One more thing the beds are comfortable and no rugs in the room makes it clean with no odors.
