アイルランドダブリン州のアパートメント

このホテルでの滞在は全体的に素晴らしいものでした。ダブリンの静かなエリアに位置していますが、トリニティ・カレッジやアイルランド国立博物館のギャラリーなど、徒歩圏内に見どころやアクティビティが豊富にあり、主要な観光スポットのほとんどが徒歩15分圏内です。ダブリン・エクスプレス・バスを利用すれば空港へのアクセスも良好で、近くに多くの停留所があります。ホテルから徒歩圏内には美味しいレストランがいくつかあり、リープカードを使えば市内の公共交通機関をかなり便利に利用できます。 ホテルにはスタジオタイプの簡易キッチン付きアパートメントがあります。小さなキッチンには調理器具や鍋類が豊富に揃っていて、その充実ぶりに驚きました。ネスプレッソマシン、電気ケトル、トースター、ミニ冷蔵庫（牛乳入り）、電子レンジ/オーブン、ミニ食洗機が備え付けられていました。食洗機用洗剤、食器用洗剤、砂糖、塩、胡椒など、便利な備品も用意されていました。滞在中は毎日朝食を自炊しました。すぐ近くにテスコ・エクスプレスと、おそらくダブリンで一番美味しいパン屋さんであるブレッド41があったので、とても便利でした。 部屋はコンセントがたくさんあって快適でした。少し狭かったものの、大きなスーツケース2つとバッグを置くのに十分なスペースがありました。小さなシーティングエリアにはテーブル、大型薄型テレビ、良好なWi-Fi、そして明るい照明がありました。バスルームも良かったのですが、シャワーブースの仕切りがシャワーエリア全体を覆っていないため、水が漏れやすいのが少し気になりました。オールインワンのボディソープも備え付けられていました。部屋は概ね静かでしたが、大晦日に宿泊した際、午前3時頃に廊下で女性が15分ほど大きな声で苦情を言っていたのが少し気になりました。 スタッフはとても親切で親身になってくれました。到着時に荷物預かり所が満室だったため、通常20ユーロかかるアーリーチェックインを快く許可してくれました。このホテルには、サービスをリクエストできるWhatsAppのAIチャット機能があり、私たちは追加のタオルをリクエストしたのですが、すぐに届けてもらえました。 ホテルには、軽食やコーヒーを提供する小さなレストラン兼バーや有料のランドリー設備など、いくつかのアメニティが備わっています。朝食は事前予約で15ユーロ、当日予約の場合は17ユーロです。唯一少し不便だったのは、安全上の理由と防火対策のため階段がすべて施錠されているため、1階に宿泊していたにもかかわらず、エレベーターを使わなければならなかったことです。 全体的に、初めてのダブリン滞在としては良い滞在でした。また利用したいですし、私たちと同じような趣味を持つ友人や家族にもおすすめしたいと思います。

ダブルルーム（シングルベッド2台）を予約しました。部屋にはシングルソファとコンバーチブルソファベッドがあり、3人で十分です。自分で持参する必要のある使い捨てアイテム（スリッパ、歯磨き粉、歯ブラシなど）を除いて、その他の設備は完備しています。部屋にはヘアドライヤー、アイロン、コーヒーメーカー、電気ケトル、冷蔵庫、IHコンロ2台、台所用品、電子レンジ、食器洗い機が備わっています。朝食、昼食、夕食を室内で調理したい場合は、近くに小さなスーパーマーケットがあります。質問はできます。部屋には丸テーブルと椅子が3脚あり、ゆっくりと食事をすることができます。部屋は全体的にとても清潔で、シーツ、枕、キルトはとても快適でした。ホテルは行きたかった3つの観光スポットから徒歩10〜15分程度の距離にあり、市内中心部ではありませんが、それでも非常に便利な場所にあります。ホテルのスタッフはとてもフレンドリーです。次回ダブリンに行くときはまたここに泊まります。

Location perfect, new apartment with most things needed. My unit did not have in room washing machine and the doors are not sound proof so will hear people in hallway. Also no room service delivery, must pickup and the service is very slow. But great location and new and clean so would recommend.

最近、プレミア スイーツ ボールズブリッジに宿泊する機会があり、素晴らしい体験ができました。立地は理想的で、魅力的で高級なボールズブリッジ地区に位置し、ダブリンの市内中心部やさまざまな観光スポットへのアクセスが便利です。スイート自体は非常に清潔で広々としており、モダンな設備が整っており、非常に快適に滞在できました。 スタッフは非常にフレンドリーで気配りがあり、私のニーズにすべて迅速に対応してくれました。スイートの設備の整ったキッチンは素晴らしい設備で、自炊に便利です。さらに、周辺には素敵なカフェ、レストラン、ショップがたくさんあるので、ダブリンを探索するのに最適な拠点です。 全体的に、プレミア スイーツ ボールズブリッジはあらゆる点で期待を上回り、ダブリンで贅沢で便利な滞在を求めている方にはぜひお勧めします。

We rented a suite for 5 nights: full kitchen with stove, fridge, plates, etc. Everything was new, clean, spacious. Staff was helpful in our using the free car parking. Several local restaurants, a supermarket, nearby bus and train stops. One downside: Our room was on the (Irish) second floor, my wife walks with a cane, I'm up there in years, and the lift was broken 2 out of our 5 nights. They were working on it, but still . . . Will definitely stay there again if in the neighborhood, but I'll ask for a lower room. Thank you.

This is a student dormitory.  Every unit has 5-6 rooms and share one kitchen.  Each room has a double bed, maybe OK for young couple, but too small for 2 adults. Each room has its bathroom. Shared kitchen has most of staff needed.  It is very clean everywhere, all facilities are working well.

The apartment is super close to the train station which was really handy for us! We had an early train and the staff made the early check out process super easy.  We were worried about the noise of the train being a problem but the train sounds were very quiet. We were also worried about being above a pub that it would be noisy, again not a problem.  The oven and cooking amenities in the apartment weren’t available for use for our stay. We only had a short stay and so this didn’t bother us, but could see how it would be frustrating for a longer stay if you planned on using them.

This is my first time to visit Ireland and the 1st day we stay in this apt. When I arrived too early and the check in lobby was closed. However, once I WhatsApp to the registration, they right the way give me a big help. Gacr and Matel is so friendly and helpful. They arrange an early check in for us and really appreciate their help in knowing more about the city. Highly recommend this apt to stay. It is clean, right in the city center and you can walk around to the most city scenic and restaurants. Glady

Room was nice and clean staff were friendly only issue was our room had fire exit door which joined to another room where a family were staying was woken up by people being loud in hallway at 2 am and was kept up all night from a baby crying as door was very thin and could hear everything

I stayed at Yugo Explore - Kavanagh Court from June 22 to June 26, 2025, and had a very comfortable experience. The Double Room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The building felt secure and modern, and the common areas were tidy and quiet. The location was excellent, close to public transport, cafes, and key attractions. It was a great place to relax after a busy day of exploring Dublin.
