A Memorable Stay with Exceptional Service and Comfort From the moment I arrived at Little HouseI knew I was in for a great experience. The staff greeted me warmly, and the check-in process was quick and seamless. My room was immaculate, with tasteful decor and an incredibly comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep every night. The amenities truly set this hotel apart. The rooftop pool provided stunning views, and the spa was the perfect place to unwind. I also dined at the hotel restaurant, where both the food and service were outstanding—especially the breakfast buffet, which offered fresh and delicious options. Location-wise, it’s ideally situated for sightseeing, shopping, and dining, with many attractions within easy walking distance. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the level of care the staff put into ensuring my stay was perfect. Overall, Little House made my trip unforgettable. Pro: Overall the hostel control well in security where you enter with password and each floor with their own access door card. Room cleanliness is acceptable Con: Very poor communication where by it took me to message 3rd contact number before I received my check in procedure with first two contact number did not response and reply my message. Basically just ignore without any response. This fist two contact include the one display on Trip.com confirmation email.

The check-in instructions were provided quite late, which made it a bit difficult to find the location. I hope they can share the details earlier in the future, including directions on how to check in and where to find the lift to the hostel. When I called the contact number, the lady informed me she needed to check if the room was ready, and at the last minute, I was told that the toilet in my room couldn’t be used. Fortunately, they upgraded me to a hotel room instead. Overall, the stay was okay.

MetroCity Backpackers is an amazing place to stay. The cleanliness was top-notch, making the whole environment feel fresh and welcoming. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transport and nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff was exceptional – always friendly, accommodating, and quick to assist with anything we needed. The amenities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this place for anyone visiting.
