マレーシアマラッカ州のアパートメント

Trip.comでたまたま選んだ新しくオープンしたホテルで、設備も新しく、部屋も広いです。ホテル型アパートメントのような感じで、とても清潔。部屋には小さな冷蔵庫とカップ、お皿などがあります。フロントのスタッフは簡単な中国語を話しますし、フロントロビーには対聯（おめでたい対句）や縁起の良いステッカーが貼ってあったので、オーナーは華人の方だと思います。ジョンカーストリートからも遠くなく、タクシーで10分少々で行けますし、Grabタクシーもすぐに見つかるので便利です。チェックイン時にはRM100のデポジットが必要なので、事前に準備しておいてくださいね😑クレジットカードも使えますが、返金に30日ほどかかるので注意が必要です。

セルフチェックインで、デザインは素晴らしく、家は広々としていました。オーナーがデザインにかなりこだわったことがよく分かります。スタッフはフレンドリーで、部屋は清潔で衛生的でした。 静かな住宅街で、海が見えます。ジョンカーストリートや他のダウンタウンエリアからは少し離れていますが、タクシーはすぐに見つかり、料金も手頃です。 小さな虫（刺す虫ではなく、小さなアリやクモ）が数匹いましたが、どれもとても可愛らしい虫でした。大きな問題ではなかったので、チェックアウト時にだけ伝えました。カスタマーサービス（？）は対応してくれると言っていました。以前のレビューでは誰もこのことを書いていなかったので、おそらく他の家から来たのでしょう。もしかしたらキッチンに隙間があったのかもしれません。

I stayed at this unit on 1st August 2026 (Sat - Sun). While I checked in around 10:00 PM and understood that immediate late-night fixes might be difficult, the condition of the unit and the host’s clueless, irresponsible handling made this stay unacceptable for the price paid. The host hides behind an automated AI system that spits out completely inaccurate, unhelpful, and generic replies. After wasting precious time forcing my way through to a human, the support was even worse. When I brought up all the missing facilities I had paid for, they turned around and asked me ”what they could do for me” instead of taking charge responsibility. I shouldn't have to tell a host how to run a proper accommodation when I paid full price for the listed amenities. - The floors were sticky and stained. Cleaners were sent immediate in 10 mins, change the floor bucket by using the kitchen sink. - The bedsheets that weren't even the proper fitted size for the bed. - The washing machine failed to function (told me that its broken), and the Wi-Fi/TV setup didn't work (we were absurdly told the Wi-Fi modem was located in a completely different unit's ceiling!, the cleaner told this is New Unit, Wifi Havent install !) - The master bedroom water heater was broken, they went and check, then left the floor with dirty foodprints. Since the water heater couldn't be fixed at night, their ”solution” was to send a technician at 10:30 AM the next morning, offering a late check-out until 1:00 PM or 2:00 PM as ”compensation.” Offering extra hours in a broken, dirty unit while forcing guests to sacrifice their privacy and endure technician repairs on their final morning is not compensation... Instead of offering a proper refund or a fair remedy, the host simply offered copy & pasted apologies (”sorry for the inconvenience caused”), took our money, and left us to tolerate their mess. This host fails to take responsibility even for basic, functional essentials. I’d be better off staying in a homestay or a simple hostel bunk bed. Save your money and avoid Alviv Homestay entirely. Preferring another host for this property as a returning guest. Love the property itself, great location, easy parking, smooth check-in, and low lift wait times.

サービスが良く、清潔で、無料の駐車スペースが1台ありました。シャワーの水圧が少し弱かったですが、それ以外はすべて良かったです。プールも素晴らしく、美しい景色も楽しめました。またぜひ泊まりたいです。チェックインカウンターのスタッフはとても親切で、チェックインもチェックアウトも迅速で時間がかかりませんでした。警備員のサービスは本当に素晴らしく、とても丁寧で、車のドアの開閉まで手伝ってくれました。本当に最高でした👍👍👍👍👍

View from the 25th floor is beautiful. Be prepared to wait at least 20 minutes for the lifts though. This block seems to serve mainly visitors, and we waited more than 30 minutes for a lift to bring us down as its fully packed during check out time between 11am to 12pm. Ended up walking down the stairs from 25th floor, and we were faster than the lift while lugging along 2 luggages.

Amanjiwa 99R は実際にはパインズ ホテル内にありますが、マネジメントが異なります。チェックインは迅速で、部屋の鍵はメールボックスにあります。部屋は広くて清潔です。エアコンは涼しいです。支払う必要があるのは駐車料金だけで、14 リンギットです。ロケーションは非常に便利で、レストランに近く、ジャラン ブンガ ラヤまで徒歩約 15 分です。マラッカにまた来ることがあれば、ここに泊まります。

The Waves Suite Melakaで素晴らしい滞在ができました!場所は清潔で快適で、広としていて、手入れが行き届いていました。部屋は居心地が良く、快適な滞在に必要なものがすべて揃っていました。場所も便利で、近くのアトラクション、レストラン、メラカの他の場所に簡単にアクセスできました。チェックインとチェックアウトはスムーズで面倒くさいもので、ホストはフレンドリーで親切で反応が良かったです。施設は良かったし、私たちの滞在をさらに楽しくしました。全体的に、私たちは非常に楽しい経験をし、ここでの滞在を本当に楽しんだ。マラカに滞在するのに快適で便利な場所を探している人に絶対にお勧めです。再び幸せに戻ってきます! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

很好的一個地方

The booking process was easy, and the price was very reasonable, especially on weekdays. The host was very helpful and attentive. I was quite busy before check-in, but they kept me updated through text and provided clear instructions with a video guide, so the whole process was very easy to follow. Parking was easy to find and conveniently located near the lift. The lift was also fast, and we had no issues using it during our stay. The room was comfortable overall. One of the mattresses was slightly sunken in the middle, but the host provided plenty of extra pillows. The air conditioning worked very well and was very cold ,we did not even need to switch it on throughout the night. The shower heater worked perfectly, and the water pressure was strong too. The kitchen facilities were very useful, especially for families with a baby. The refrigerator was very cold, and ice cubes were also provided. There was also a clean microwave, cooker and water dispenser, which made it very convenient for preparing warm water for my baby's milk. There is also a washing machine, and detergent is provided. The swimming pool operates from 8.00 AM to 10.00 PM. We planned to use it, but because of the haze and my son not feeling well, we did not manage to try it. However, it looked very nice from above. Just remember to wear proper swimming attire, as T-shirts are not allowed in the pool. For early sleepers or those who prefer a quieter environment, choosing a higher floor may be more suitable, as some activity from the pool area can still be heard in the evening (after 9pm). Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay with good facilities, easy parking and a very helpful host. Definitely good value for money. We would consider staying here again. Thanks!

ここでの滞在はとてもリラックスできて快適でした。様々な映画も楽しめ、娘はプールも楽しんでいました。お子様にスイミングを楽しみたいご家族には、ぜひお勧めしたい場所です。立地も良く、近くに美味しいレストランもいくつかあります。マラッカにまた滞在する機会があれば、ぜひまた利用したいと思います。
