直前の予約でしたが、部屋の状態を考えると料金も手頃でした。良い点としては、バスタブが大きくて快適でした。 しかし、バスルームのレイアウトがユニットの中央にあるため、少し変わっています。寝室に行くにはバスルームとバスタブを横切らなければならず、シャワーを浴びた後は床がかなり濡れてしまうので不便でした。 給湯システムも少し残念でした。お湯が出るまで10分ほどかかり、しばらくするとまた冷たくなってしまいます。お湯が出るまで、一度止めて待たなければなりませんでした。 チェックインはスムーズで、説明も分かりやすかったのも良かったです。全体的に、短期滞在としては満足できる滞在でした。

「素晴らしい！このAirbnbは、旅行中に一番早く予約した宿でした。詳細ページの写真がとても新しくて豪華そうだったし、予算内だったので、正直半信半疑でしたがすぐに決めました。料金には観光税が含まれていて、チェックイン時には100リンギットのデポジットが必要でした（クレジットカードだと返金に時間がかかると聞いたので、事前に現金を用意しておきました）。宿泊予定の方は、事前に準備しておくことをお勧めします。マレーシアの多くのホテルではデポジットが必要なようです（現金の方がタクシーに乗る時にも便利です）。 実際に見てみると、シンガポールを含めた今回の旅行で、間違いなく一番広くて豪華な宿泊施設でした。残念ながら一泊しかできませんでしたが、高級マンションの一室で、ジムやプールも完備されていました。利用する時間がなかったのが残念です。部屋は広々としていて清潔で、設備も全て揃っており、最高でした。スタッフの対応もまずまずです。Ctripには、史跡保護費用のようなものが請求される可能性があると記載されていましたが、私たちは請求されませんでした。宿泊した場所が史跡ではなかったからかもしれません。建物の一階にはいくつかレストランがあり、特に「好食面館」というお店はお勧めです。安くて美味しかったです。 マラッカを旅行するなら、心からここをお勧めします。280リンギットくらいでしたが、閑散期ならもっと安くなるかもしれませんね（笑）。

マラッカの新しい宿泊施設。場所は主要な観光スポットから外れていますが、高層階の海側を選べば眺めは格別です。ベッドは少し硬めですが、枕とその他のアメニティは問題ありません。マスターベッドルームにテレビがもう 1 台あれば最高です。 宿泊施設には、ベッドルーム 2 室、バスルーム 2 室、キッチン、洗濯機、有料チャンネル プロバイダー付きのテレビが備わっています。 将来また泊まりたいです

Overall i will give 2.5/5.0 The kitchen towel provided was not clean The toilet cleanliness was 3.5/5.0 The tv have no netflix, very hard to used smart tv Only provided 2 hanger, but for family of 4 not enough provided Bed and pillow was okay Hairdryer and iron provided was poor functioning - cheap brand For price rm 300+ stay overnight - given studio room no separation room/divider/small room And have to pay deposit rm 100 refundable and pay parking rm10 I feel so not worthy The price should be 200+ for this kind of room and services

Amanjiwa 99R は実際にはパインズ ホテル内にありますが、マネジメントが異なります。チェックインは迅速で、部屋の鍵はメールボックスにあります。部屋は広くて清潔です。エアコンは涼しいです。支払う必要があるのは駐車料金だけで、14 リンギットです。ロケーションは非常に便利で、レストランに近く、ジャラン ブンガ ラヤまで徒歩約 15 分です。マラッカにまた来ることがあれば、ここに泊まります。

Towels are stained and worn off. Car park entry and exit has problem due to change of system from tap on terminal to antenna without any advance advise.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The homestay was spacious, clean, and perfect for children. The host was friendly and helpful. Location is strategic, near Klebang and Taming Sari. The only thing is that this homestay doesn’t have a washing machine. However, there is a laundry nearby.😊 We really enjoyed our time here and hope to come back again in the future. Highly recommended!

definitely a pleasant stay, very recomended for family and friends group. very convenience. got cooking utensils( which are rare bcs most hotel snd rooms didnt prepare), got iron and board. very spacious, beds are comfy, suitable for staycation bcs they provide netflix and the pools are nice. most important they show the kiblat. the view are sooooooo breath taking. love it so much. will book again 💋

My Experience at Atlantis Residence Hotel I stayed at Atlantis Residence Melaka with my friends. The place was very nice and comfortable. It is like an apartment, so we had a living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The room was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the swimming pool because it was big and fun. We spent a lot of time there relaxing and taking photos. There were also other facilities like a gym and playground. The location was good because it was near popular places like Jonker Street. It was easy to find food and go sightseeing. However, sometimes the swimming pool was crowded. But overall, I had a fun and relaxing stay with my friends.
